My Air Condition stop working on May 19th. American Home Shield contracted Royal Air conditioning and Heating Service to repair the item. Royal Air Condition sent a representer out and I was told my unit was gone, I would need a whole new unit with all new parts, including new duct works.since the unit I had was over 40 yrs old. I had to get a loan in order to get a new unit. They sent a crew out to put in the new unit, the men was at my home for about 3hrs and advised me everything was completed.they had replaced everything new. duct work gase gage, pipe. they gave me a check off list showing all work had been completed. 2days later I had a water problem, two rooms floors was water damage. entrance hallway, 3rd bed room and closet. Royal sent another rep. out 2 days leter he said I had a plumbing problem, I called a plumber he came out said no plumbing problem, who ever put in the air condition did not finish the job. The plumber went up to look at the new duct work he advised me there was no new duct work done, i still had the old duct work. I still is afraid to run the air condition , so for one week no air. finally i spoke with the assit manager of Royal, told her the problem that their worker lied about placing new duct work in the attic. she advised they would take care of the problem, I told her I did not want to use them any more because they had lied about their work, she insisted that I speak with the owner, he called sd he was sending a new crew to finish the work, i told him I didnt want them to come out, he said he would come out with the crew and talkw with me and discuss what happen and clear everything up. he never came or called. but instead sent his crew out, i was under the understanding he was coming. the workers kept said George is on his way he want us to start. so they began working on putting up the duct work, George never call or came, I called him on Monday he was very rude and un professional. They are the worst company to do business with. i would never tell anyone to let them in their home to do any type of work. He doesnt have the customer at best. they are disgusting with lies.
