We had called this company to rent an inflatable jump house for a party on Good Friday, we were told to go online and look over the products they offered and choose the one we wanted. as we did this we scheduled an aligator jump house to be delivered for Friday Morning for the Party that afternoon, we were informed that it was aproximately $150 for the delivery Pickup and rental, we were also informed that for an aditional $50.00 we could keep the jump house all weekend untill mid morning Sunday. this being a great deal we accepted and paid over the phone with a credit card for the weekend. with the scheduled time of arrival to be before 8 AM Good Friday.
The delivery arrived at approximately 7:45 Am (no Problem) however the local school mascot Aligator Jump House which was ordered was infact a rival school mascot Tiger Jump House (1st Problem) when I informed the delivery person of the mistake I was informed that this was what was on his delivery ticket and that the aligator was on another truck to go elswhere (2nd Problem) so as not to bear bad news to the children and send the tiger away I accepted the delivery and the delivery person set the Jump House up in the back yard as expected.
after the day of funn with the children and embarrasment with the adults due to a rival school mascot being in my yard we turned off the devise for the night and rested. at approximately 8AM Saturday Morning a delivery person arrived to remove the jump house. I informed him that I had paid for the house for the weekend and did not want it removed unless replaced with the actual ordered house. after a miner discussion with the owner (who's Name escapes me ) we were told that in order to make this good we could Either keep the jump house for the day and it would be picke dup by 6PM or they could pick it up now and we would be refunded our money. I advised them I wasn't worried about the money for the rental I just wanted what was ordered. at this point they said they would pick up the house and refund the money.
After a week I checked and no money was returned to my account and when contacted the company advised me that the unoit was placed in a pile of dog poo and required cleaning so they would not refund the money because they had to clean the bottom of the house. Very bad customer relations and very bad business practice of not delivering as promissed along with lying about refunding portion of already paid funds.
