I ordered 17 items from this website and paid expedited shipping to get them in 7 business days.

8 days later I contacted them because no tracking information or any other communication was received from them. their response was they were happy to inform me that my order was delivered.

So I waited and 6 days later I received the order... SURPRISE! they only sent me 12 items!! They never informed me I would receive a partial order, they never gave me the option to cancel and order from somewhere else! they were just waiting I wouldnt complain hoping to rip me off!

Scam artists, liers, misleding customers.

Now their only option for a refund is for me to ship back the items! Ipaid $143.31 and the cheapest shipping option would cost me $76!!! why should I pay this much for their negligence? is their mistake not mine and they have to refund my full amount and send me a return shipping label so I can send back their items.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! liers, scammers, unethical! worse customer service ever!!!

This company is a rip off!

Ohhhhhhhh how I wish i would have researched this so called company before I placed my ad. After I placed the ad, paid them thru Pay Pal, nothing came and after 12 days I threaned to turn them into the Attorney Genera's office of Consumer Affairs of the State I live in and 2 days later I go 2 items (I had orderd 3 items) one of the items I didn't even order! And now when I'm tring to communicate with them they must have blocked me becuase I can't log on with my PW and username. So I have placed a compalint with Pay Pal. Got any suggestions? These people are what give e-commerce a BAD NAME!

Lately I've seen a lot of complaints against this company saying. I'm not arguing their descriptions, per se, but I am going to give a rundown of my own experiences with RoseWholesale and RoseGal online stores that are apparently under one umbrella company.

I have ordered only once from RoseWholesale.com, and was less than pleased with the result. I got an immediate email confirming my order of six different products and another telling me the shipment had been paid for with funds taken from my account equaling what I ordered. Then the waiting began.

The first email stating my "Order Has Shipped" came through 5 days later; the second came 7 days later; and the third came 15 days later. It basically took them 5 to 15 days to process. More waiting and the first package showed up about a month and half later, with the other two showing up over the next month and a half. A couple of the items looked nothing like the site photos and the dress I ordered, while looking like the site photo, didn't fit. This was also an item that only gave "One-Size" as an option to order sizes.

I have also ordered from RoseGal.com, but only once, and the experience was more or less the same. I ordered three things from their shop and received the first "Shipped" email 5 days later, and the second one 10 days later (than the order date). I received those two packages 8 weeks later, and I am still waiting for the last item from my order to even be shipped, who knows if that will ever happen or if it does, just how long it will take.

So, while the pictures of their clothing might be cute or nice, and the prices are great, it's just not worth the hassle, especially if you're ordering something for an upcoming event, or for a certain season, because there's no exact timeline/science to when you'll actually get what you ordered. So, while I DID receive most of what I have ordered so far, the hassle of waiting and wondering and possibly writing off the amount I spent means I won't be ordering from either company, or any others run by the same company, and I'd suggest you do the same.

Rose Wholesale is a bad, bad company. When you finally get you crappy merchandise for which you have wayyyyyyy overpaid for, it is very cheaply made and poor quality. Plus, they changed my order and didn't7781 even send me what I had ordered.

Rosewholesale.com is a rip off. Quality of clothing is really poor. Manufacture of clothing is worse. Delivery took them 2 month to delivery the wrong sixes and wrong items. This company is not reliable it is a total scam.

Do not order!

They use Click likes, bloggers get free products for good reviews, only post good reviews on their website

Changed my order and now won't communicate with me; help, Pay Pal!

I ordered 17 items and paid $36 for expedited shipping, they sent email confirmation with tracking # when order was shpped and when it was received it was incomplete. they only sent 12 items out of 17 ordered. never informed me of this or gave me the option to cancel and go with another company. they never mentioned partial shipping until after I received it. they were hoping i wouldnt notice or complain and now they only offer me a refund if I send items back with ME paying for return shipping! what a ripoff! the total order was $143.31 and return shipping with discount would cost me $76!!! unacceptable.

They are a SCAM, stay away from this website, they lie and their customer service is terrible. not human, a machine...

I even filed a complaint with the internet crime complaint center and the FBI. companies like this shouldnt be allowed to do business online. Lying and misleding customers is unethical!!!

It will not matter what you buy, what you pay for shipping. This company is UNVERIFIED by Paypal and uses false verisign seals on website. They will not send you your merchandise. They will make you wait 65 days to tell you a refund of 1/3 is all you will recieve during the FAKE customer service emails (1 or 10) emails, knock yourself out. They have no intention of giving you what you think you ordered ! Paypal buyers protection is the only hope for even a partial refund. Paypal account name MOOKIE (Why not Rose Wholesale right ?) They have several unverified Paypal accounts. If you want to be stolen from shop at Rose Wholesale. Scam, Scam, Scam !!!

This company sells under several different company names so before being ripped off by them as I did google them and you will see more complaints than you can imagine.

These Chinese clothing manufacturers sell what looks like children that have never sewed making this items and also really not usable clothing. Sizes say to use the chart on the site but adult cloths would fit my 5 year old granddaughter but I wouldn't let he be seen wearing something that look like rags.

When I filed my paypal claim they told me to return the merchandise for a refund so I paid another 18.51 to return. Well 4 weeks later paypal notified me that I lost my case because they couldn't track the return to China. So this company knows that and that is the way they steal your money and then also get the items back to sell to the next victim.

They advertise all over social media so be careful as we have thought we could trust them. Makes you think it is an American company but NOT.

This is a 100% scam so buy local, pay a little more but atleast you get what you pay for.

The clothing that was delivered looked nothing at all like the picture and certainly did not fit the descriptions. A loose-fitting t-shirt ended up being the only wearable item in the order--but I have to wear it as a snugfit shirt. I suppose these garments would have fit me in grade school. If you are over 5' tall, Rosewholesale.com clothing will not fit you.

In addition, I did not receive my entire order, nor did Rosewholesale.com provide any explanation for the oversight. The incredibly slow shipping might be in the hopes that you'll forget everything you ordered since this seems to be common for them. Save your money and shop anywhere else. The cheap Chinese made clothing probably wouldn't hold up for long anyway.

I ordered what was descibed as a "One Size Fits All" blouse. Looked very loose and flowy in the picture. Perfect for Mexico where it is very hot. I thought the blouse would be cotton fabric also.

I received the shipping notiification, with tracking number, supposedly from DSL. When I tried to track the shipping, the tracking/shipping number was not valid. I thought that was very odd. Tried it several times hoping it would be resolved. I waited several weeks (supposedly it would take much less time than that), figuring if it never showed up, the item was so cheap it wasn't worth the bother to try and locate it.

It finally arrived weeks after I ordered it. It was horribly made, and the fabric was not cotton or even a cotton blend, but 100% polyester..not good in hot weather. The other problem is that it's a "One Size Fits All" if you are maybe a size US10. It is very very small. Having read other reviews, I see it is a company from China. Apparently the clothes are sized for Asian women. Even though going by their sizing chart, the blouse should have been very roomy on me.

For the price, I didn't expect the quality to be great, but I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew their sizing was completely bogus, and the fabric isn't as represented. I have submitted an Unsubscribe request, so hopefully will never hear from them again.

I ordered three items from Rose Wholesale, without doing much research on the company. They took the money right away but the items didn't arrive for about a month. The recieved items looked absolutely nothing like the advertisements. Not sure if I can upload pictures, but I can show side by side that the ad pictured a gorgeous woven oversized sweater and what arrived was a rag full of holes. The dress I ordered had the stitching coming out in three different places. The third dress I ordered was just gigantic, bizarre, and ugly and did not look like the picture (although of the three, it was the closest).

When I attempted to follow the procedures as instructed by their web site, I was unable to upload pictures. Since 11/21 (over a month ago) I have been going back and forth with customer service. First they told me to upload a picture, then they offered a code to buy more stuff (that's the last thing I want), then they claimed I had to pay return shipping (which costs $40 and I have no reason to think they'll actually refund my money once they get the stuff!), then they claimed I have to pay a restocking fee.

They keep reiterating that it will take too much of my time and money and I should give the items to my relatives (no one would want these items!).

Because it took them so long to send the items relative to when they charged my card, my credit card company will probably not allow me to challenge this transaction. Since having this problem I have discovered that many people have had the same experience with this company (or, the items are never recieved at all). They know they are selling and sending garbage but they set it up so that it is near impossible for anyone to get a refund so people just give up and let them have their money.

Rosewholesale immediately accepted my payment of $18.01 and withdrew it from my account. Item was never shipped and company could not be reached by phone (constantly busy). I filed 2 online complaints but never got a response. When I posted my complaints on Facebook several people responded to me with similar complaints about this company.

In June 2014 I ordered 10 clothing items from this company and received 6 in the mail. I wrote an e-mail to inquire about the remaining 4 items.

Upon their response as to whether I wanted to wait or receive a refund, I indicated I would prefer a refund for 2 items but that I still wanted to receive the other 2 items even if they were back-ordered. They refunded for the 2 items I requested. Up until this time, there was no problem; the only problem occurred with trying to resolve the 2 final items.

In August 2014 I inquired about the status of the 2 remaining items and they said they could not get them to me by the date I requested. I then wrote again and asked them to cancel and refund for the last 2 items. They wrote back and stated, we already refunded you, citing the date that they had refunded the earlier two items.

When I tried to write and explain that this was a mistake and that there were still 2 remaining items, they had closed the ticket and would no longer receive messages from me. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them.

I have rarely had this much trouble with a company or with an internet purchase. This company is terrible because when they decide they have resolved the problem, they will close the ticket number and not allow you to communicate with them further.
