I placed my order for a beautiful sweater dress after the death of my beloved dog. I was in retail therapy mode and was hoping this dress would help me feel better through my greif. What I got instead was the run around and fraudluant charges on my card, which have indeed distracted me from my grief. This is what happened:
I order the dress. I immedatly get confirmation of my order and see the charge on my account. 5 min later I get a call from my bank about fradulant activity and sure enough extra money was mysteriously missing from mystery bank, and they close my account and issued a new card.
In the mean time two weeks goes by still no dress. I sign into my account on their system and all my order says is "processing". I submitted a service ticket as per their system these will be answered within 24 hours. Three days go by, crickets. So I decide to call the number on the site to talk to someone. Live chat was not available, even though it was standard business hours. So I call and get a recorded message that the Magic Jack user is unavailable and the mail box is full so I can't leave a message. First of all I don't know a single legitimate company that uses Magic Jack phone lines.
Getting worried that not only has this company taken money and my card information but I won't ever see my dress, I decided it was time to leverage social media. I went to the page and publicly posted the situation. No less than 5 people replied to my post with simmilar stories all ending with never recieveing the pruduct after a slew of lies about the product being shipped, and non having gotten their money back.
The company replies to me asking to make this a private conversation. To which I replied that I already had and had not recieved a response. The response came at 11:30pm with a simple apology that the product is back ordered. I simply replied that that should have been stated on the site. I wouldn't have ordered it and to please issue a refund. 3 days go by, crickets. I get an email from their system that my service ticket had been closed. I relpyed with please issue my refund. Crickets again. Another day goes by they reply on facebook messger that the item has shipped. No traking number just saying to accpet the package when it arrives. So let me get this straight, I asked twice for a refund and they denied my request for a refund and shipped the item anyway? This is three weeks from the order date mind you. I have yet to recieve said item or my refund.
I would say beware buyer. You won't get a refund or your item just a head ache. Glad I have a new debit card as lord only know what else they are trying to pull. Shop elsewhere. I am issuing a refute order with my bank to get my money back and filling a BBB report as well. BUYER BEWHERE!
I bout several things from Rose Gal. I wish I had read these posts before I bought anything from Rose Gal. Every negative thing about them on these posts are correct!! Clothes are the poorest quality of any I have ever had....ripped hems and sizing they show is ridiculous!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Clothes come in plastic bags with no numbers on them and no receipt of what you bought so you could not return them even if you wanted to, which I did!!!
I am in the same position. Billed my bank account, no product, cannot get ahold of them, same thing, Magic Jack and messages are full. I will be reporting this s fraud!
I read all of the negative reviews before placing my order. First do not use the free shipping , pay for your shipping . Second never order large amounts of items, keep your order small and simple.
I never order more then $30.00 dollars.
Size can be tricky they tend to run small. I always order a size larger and it's been perfect.
I am sure my day will come when I don't get what I ordered but so far so good.

I've ordered from rosegal a lot. Yes their processing always takes forever, but I've (knock on wood ) never not received what I've ordered. I've also received the it's been backordered statement they deal wholesale they don't have these items on site so they don't know when orders are placed that they are out of stock. I did eventually receive the item though. With these folks patience is the keyword. They tell you once shipped your order will take 3-7 3-8 3-25 days. What they don't tell you is it takes a month to process. Nothing ever comes by dhl, fed-ex, or ups mine has always received it usps. I placed an order on the first of Oct and it's still in the process stage. Keeping my fingers crossed.
I don't even want to give a1 star rating to this company BECAUSE the clothes are worse than bad. I purchased several items from them. One thing was ripped. Everything else was s...t! The sizes run tiny. The hassle of sending it back taught me a lesson for sure. I'm happy I have friends so much smaller than I am, they got all the crap they sent me.
Do not purchase anything from this company . It's a complete scam. Never got a reply or reimbursement. lost 200$ including DHL custom fees. still waiting after 30 days. Horrible company. Dresses are cheep and not at all like picture. Sizes were off by a couple off inches. KEEP AWAY.
Hello, i received a very similar situation to your complaint and will back that up 100%. I too ordered a lovely piece from Rosegal and it sat in 'processing' mode forever. The item did arrive; however, I ended up paying for the order in two shipment custom fees. $30 for one and $20 for the other with total of $50 cusoms fees. The item did not fit so I swallowed the fees.
In the meantime, i had ordered another item from them on October 9. October 10 I emailed them asking them to cancel this order because of concerns of sizing due to previous order received. They said sure just give it as few days. It's now December 4 and my $91 credit still hasn't come through my original method of payment.
I emailed them maybe 4 times now to ask where my credit was. I was told it takes 30 days for credit to come through. After the first email to them, approximately 3 weeks after original request to cancel, they took the liberty of deleting the conversation history; therefore, resetting the refund date from beginning of November. It's now December 4 and still no credit. It's just a big fat run around game.
Buyer beware of this company as they also go under some different names on the internet. You will recognize them by the layout of the site and items they display.
I placed an order and received half of my order. Still waiting on the other half. The items I did receive were of fair condition but I order everything in XL. All the tags say XL, but they are very, very small! And it will cost an arm and a leg to ship them back to China, so I'm giving them as gifts. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I also ordered a beautiful looking sweater that I was pretty excited about. I took 2 months to arrive, and when it got here it was horrible and not like the photo at all. After getting the run-around from customer service, they said I could return it IF I paid the shipping to China.
Now I have to go and check the credit card I used. I wonder if this is why they cancelled my card and issued me a new one?

I was about to start ordering items on this website & am so grateful that I decided to Google company reviews 1st. Too bad that Facebook doesn't quality check its advertisers' legitimacy, but I guess as long as their client pays for ad space, they don't care how reputable or fraudulent the company is. I realized reading your review that in my experience, many legitimate retailers won't charge a customer's credit card on a back ordered item until the item ships. Thanks for the reminder to pay attention to details like this.
I ordered one swimsuit from Rosegal. I tried contacting the site after waiting over a month for one item that is still "processing." Upon looking online, all the links for customer support and live chat are non-working links (Convenient. Coincidence? I think not). After looking around online I found several posts from other people saying NEVER to order from this site and complaining of similar complaints. Other people have also said the customer support links are non-existent which tells me this is intentional. The website says processing should take 1-3 days and a maximum of 7. I have been waiting over a month and the order shows as "processing" and has no tracking number. What I found out about the company online:

I found Rose Gal online from one of my facebook friends who had liked it. so i checked it out and found 2 dresses i thought were pretty. i was buying the dresses for a wedding and couldnt afford for them to be late so i paid extra for "expidited delivery" so it would get to mw quicker. on the website to.track the progress all it shows is "processing" and its been weeks since i paid. it should say "delivered" . pretty much i paid Rosegal over $50 for absolutely nothing. how many other people do they do this to!?
I ordered a dress November 28th and when I logged on to check the status of it, it didn't even show up!
The online chat is always closed, the CS number is American (waaaay too expensive for me since I live in Norway!) so I posted it in the question section for the dress and also on Facebook. I have no tracking number so I can't get a service ticket either!
I was planning on wearing it for Christmas (shipping said 7-15 days) and I can't afford something else now..!
I too have been waiting for weeks for severy items that still sat processing. I had originally bought the items to take on my vacation, also paying for expedited shipping, which is now over. I am hoping that my bank is able to get payment back from a site which I also believe to be a scam. Very frustrating.
Only I had already ordered. I spent a couple of hours on line with my credit card co. I am not going to let this order go through.
On their web site they have a telephone number which says is not operating now; they have a Chat line which says it's not working now. Supposedly this is some company in CHINA where the products are made dirt-cheap which means the people making these items get paid -0-. SPREAD THE WORD. IF you don't know the site; if you don't see a telephone number that works, a chat line that works BEFORE you order.. don't order. "IF it's too good to be true... it is" Lesson Learned by me. So I've wasted an evening doing early Christmas Shopping but if I can help someone else avoid being scammed, I will consider it worth while. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE!!
Rosegal.com is an advertised clothing company on Facebook. The clothes are so cute and so cheap! But don't be fooled. After you place your order, you'll never get the items. I placed an order on July 31, 2014 and as of today it has not been received. Company may be based in China but still two months is a long time for shipping. There is no customer service phone number. No tracking number. Nothing. I went to their facebook page and there are several people complaining of the exact same thing! As far as we're concerned, this company is a scam. Buyers beware!
The dress I received was not even the same color as in the pic. The inner part was bright read and the outer maroon, instead of being solid maroon as in the picture. It clashed with itself so bad, no one would wear it. Rosegal admitted they were atfault and wanted me to pay $2 so they could attempt to send the correct dress!! Then they offered a 40% refund, then a 60% refund, which I both declined. I told them the dress was garbage and I couldn't wear 100% of it. They offered an 85% refund if I paid to ship it back to China!! When I finally caved, and said, just give me the 60%, they then said they could only give me a 50% refund. I wish I had found this website before so I would have been warned or that they could be reported to the BBB. Customer service, quality of merchandise, everything about this company is horrible. Avoid at all costs. The pictures are deceptive, you will not get what you see! The sizes run way small too!! DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!
I made my order over a month a go and received nothing. Yet they took my money. I can't get a hold of the company. The number they listed is not there's. They also say free shipping but my bank statement shows they charged for international shipping.
Rosegal and Sammydress are scam companies who use the same photos, same sale pitch, just different prices and company names. And lord knows how many scam companies they have out there besides the two I've caught. Please spread the word so people are aware of these companies intentions and to be weary of "Clothing Lines" online. Here is proof that they are frauds: pictures I've screen shot on my phone.
I'm currently going through this misfortune with this site as of current. I ordered a few things that racked up to a little over 80 dollars or so as a birthday present to myself.
After I already ordered and used my debit card info, I was excited enough to head back to the Facebook page, to see if there were any other sales I might want to indulge in. And lo and behold. I saw the comments. Comment after comment on just about every picture from various women each saying that they'd been ripped off and had received nothing that they ordered. And those that did, said the material was cheap and horrible and looked nothing like what they ordered.
So at this point I'm nervous, because everything I'm seeing is literally negative and the handful of good comments I had seen weren't enough to ease my mind. I went back online to cancel my order with the quickness, and left two tickets telling them to cancel it. I had waited a day, agonizing over the fact I've been ripped off and that they have my card information, I had ended up calling my bank to file a dispute, but they couldn't do anything until the money was actually removed from my account. Rosegal responded to my complaints, saying that the transaction was canceled and I should be refunded my money in 5-10 business days.
Now here it is, a new day, and I check my bank account to find that not only did they take the 88 dollars from the purchase, now there's a miniscule withdrawal on a foreign ATM, and I hadn't gone anywhere the entire day. Not to mention I have direct deposit and my check goes straight to my card. So now, they've taken money from me, and now they're pilfering extra like it's discreet.
So I have a date with my bank to cancel my card this week and order a new one. Long story short, rosegal is a complete fraud. I'd even expressed my displeasure on their fb page and they had the audacity to respond to it... And then block my comment! And I'm still complaining to these bastards!
I just wish I'd seen these warnings sooner, instead of being so eager to get a good deal. So please, check your sources, and if you see more bad reviews than good, don't trust it period!
So I found rosegal.com on Facebook. A couple of my friends liked it so I decided to check it out. I was looking for 2 dresses to buy quickly because I was going to have a ball soon to go to. I found 2 really nice lace sleeve top dresses. I bought them both and payed the money, only costing around $40 some (the day after Thanksgiving). I payed extra to get it early and I saw on my account that it would take 7-25 business days to ship it out and especially it coming from London area. I actually got the package in 7 days from my purchase. I was really happy with the dresses. Really good quality and it was the perfect size. The actual package came from Singapore, but I didn't mind it because nothing bad happened during the shipping and my account was perfectly safe.
I placed an order for two tops. I had to wait a long time for the merchandise but did receive exactly what I ordered and was happy with both tops. I also emailed customer service inquiring about delivery date and received a prompt email reply. No issues at all but now I'm leary of ordering again based on the reviews........
I placed an order with Rosegal on November 11th. It us now January 1st and I still have not received an order. I have sent a claim and have had several emails going back and forth and each time they tell me to wait. They said they can not offer a refund because my orders have shipped. I later posted on fb that this was a scam and Rosegal replied "F $รท% YOU, THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION.
On another posting Rosegal wrote. "Go ahead and share the post, we will just open another because Americans are stupid and fat, keep giving us your donations. " They have removed since but I have all the screen shots to prove and over $60.00 of clothes and jewlery that o never received.
This company is a joke! Ordered items that were apparently out of stock and then they don't even refund it in full. Then when I ask to return some items they won't even tell you where you can return it to and after weeks of going back and fourth with them and they conveniently ask stupid or they don't know English they ignore questions you ask. So in return I got a big F-U and was offered a 8% off coupon code. Are you serious? You think you will ever get a cent of my money again. This company is ridiculous. Oh and I also paid extra for expedited shipping and it was late. I've asked 3 times for a refund and got nothing. One of the worst customer service companies I've dealt with and they products are so cheap. Save yourself the headache and pay a premium from a quality company!
The other half is still in processing. Tell me, why bother to send 1/2? Maybe they are figuring we can wait for the rest and not report them? I will never order from them again - wish I hadn't ordered this time!
Don't ever get into business with them if you value your time. It has been a nightmare for me. I ordered a coat, which I paid about $50. When I received it, it obvious has only 50 RMB quality, or probably even less. I requested full refund and prepaid return label right away. Oh, boy...the nightmare began right at the moment I started to contact them. It has been like puling teeth communicating with them. Many back-and-forth and many days later, here I am, unhappy, annoyed, and much much time wasted! The last response from them is the one, they ask me to delete the negative review I wrote first before they even consider to refund me the full refund....uh uh...so...don't ever get into business with them if you value your time and energy, and of course, you money too.

Tracking through the post office reflects it being held by customs in the port of Los Angeles...and nothing further. Apparently, it was never released to ship to my home. I have chatted online with Rosegal. I received no assistance, only instructions to send a message to their "support center" with a link supplied. I did so immediately, and only received an auto response that someone would reply. In my message, I requested a full refund since more than two months has passed without any receipt or information regarding my order. To date...no reply has been received. As someone wrote above..."crickets"....

They have changed their names multiple times, and work under assumed names and dodgy sites. Remarkably, the website they operate under "appears" to be legit, and LOOKS like a nice retail website. Unfortunately, it is ANYTHING but! Looks are deceiving, and in this case...that aphorism is right on the mark!!
RUN AWAY...FAST~!! It's like the old adage..."a fool and his money are soon to be departed." That's clearly how they run this business and scam game. They fish...drawing in the unsuspected shopper. They reply, send emails and payment confirmations, then...NOTHING.

I purchased a few dresses and 3 do not fit as they are made VERY strangely..... Huge in the hips but the tops are sewn strangely and choke you from the back (I said strange)! So - I am trying to return them... I have gotten TWELVE (12) "Tickets" from them that they are working on it. All I want is the address for the return!! I even went on live chat - more run-around!! I am finally getting the idea that I have been scammed. I also did not receive some of the items I ordered (and PAID FOR) and they say they are coming... I guess I'll just have to chalk it up to myself - NOT BEING CAREFUL!!!! I will warn my friends - this is really bad and I am really mad that I was not more diligent BEFORE purchasing!! I will delete them and send out emails - but I guess it's too late for me!
I wished I would have researched this site before using it. The chat lines and phone lines are completely useless and they will not refund your money without a fight. I ordered a coat on the 18th of November. However after reading the reviews I immediately wrote a ticket demanding that my order be canceled. Of course I did not hear from Lawan until the 19th of November at 7 that night with a bunch of lame excuses and apologies about why they couldn't cancel my order. I noticed they rushed to process my order after I complained but yet the tracking number doesn't work for USPS and on the DHL website it states it has not updated.
Based on what others have said I am going to copy and paste every email I sent and go to my bank. I used a prepaid card so they cannot take anything else so I only loaded 20.00 for my purchase. I don't understand with thousands of people complaining why they are still in business and advertising on FB. As of today which is Nov 19, 2015 I have emailed them a ticket of complaint three times and no response. I know they could have canceled my order but they chose not too. I have learned a valuable lesson to stick with Ebay when it comes to buying from China because at least they can monitor your purchase and read the email exchange between you and the seller. They are a complete and utter fraud. I don't know if I will ever receive my coat but at this point I will continue to fight for my money because they are crooks.

I hav the same story as anyone else. I believe that Eric dress is part of the same group of companies and that they are in CHina. I ordered one sweater from Eric Dress and they sent me a girl's size instead of a woman's size. Now, I ordered something from Rosegal and it has been almost two months, my grandson has broken up with the girl I ordered the stuff for! (Not Rosegal's fault). . I wrote to them a month ago and said just give me my money back. THey have sent nothing and have not credited my account.
I ordered 4 items and have not received them after 5 weeks. They said they were delivered to my address and itscthe Post Offices problem they lost them.....well noone knows this number they gave me. Not in this country do they have so many didgits.
So yes its fraud for sure. I have Pay Pal trying to claim for me now.

Be aware of this website, everything is made from china ! poor quality, they will abuse you with return and never get your money back! when you read the website its very friendly about return the product even if you are not happy but when it comes to it you cant, after sending hundred email, fight ,dispute, wasting time and money! they will offer you maybe 1/5 money that you've paid which is crazy there is nothing like that on their return policy!
As other customer said : it's almost impossible to return anything. They will play with you with email and junks never read email carefully or at least act like that! will respond you with different topic never get answer specially if you need to return something! shipping to return cost a lot and after that they didn't give my money back they steal your money very easy!

I never received my order. I contacted them several times to inquire about my order. They told me my order was shipped through USPS. The only response the company gave me was to contact the US Postal Service to see if they had it. The tracking number they sent me did not exist through any Postal Service. Once I responded that I did so and that every Postal Service, UPS FedEx, USPS etc. did not have it and I wanted a refund, they did not respond. This order was placed on November 4, 2014. As of today (July 12, 2015), I still have not heard from the company, received a refund or my product.
I ordered a pair of lace mini leggings from Rosegal.com an online clothing company. They took my money and when I checked the website concerning my order it was no were to be found. I went to the contact us page and nothing worked with online chat. I was however made to make a ticket to complain. I did and after about 3 days they responded that the iteam I ordered wasn't in stock. So they said for me to wait until June 30, 2015 to check back. I asked for my money back. So I created another ticket to have them to respond asking them to put the money back into my bank. I went and put my ticket number in and the status said closed. No shipment came even when I paid extra to get it to my house within 6 to 8 days. I spoke to my bank and they are taking the charges off and filing a fraud complaint against them plus put a stop payment against them as well. I am onna fixed income and they tried to rip me off. After ordering 4 bathing suits for around 100 dollars in the spring of '15 I waited for them to arrive it took one month for one to come and two months for the second. I contacted the company and couldn't get a hold of any one by phone. When I filed an official report with their email service which is directly where they send you. The response I got first was it takes up to 35 days. But... When I told them that half of one order that was marked shipped on my order and half of the other order wasn't sent they told me to check with my post office. After I checked with my post office and found out they were never in their care I called back to which I have gotten no response. Threw away 50 dollars and the bathing suits are subpar that I hot but I don't even trust them to return them. I'll never get my money back and this ruins my sense of trust for other small internet businesses. Rosegal Rosegal Rosegal don't buy from them don't trust them.
I placed an order on April 5, 2015 and never received my merchandise. They made me wait two months before it was considered "lost". When I still had not received it, they only offered to refund me HALF my money or resend the items if I send them an additional 50% of the total cost. Don't do it!
I too fell trap to the photos of cute clothing for cheap prices.What I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised. On top of that, they were sized for a toddler and have a weird chemical smell coming off of them that made me dizzy. I do NOT want whatever that is touching my body. From what I have read, I am SOL on getting my money back. You may have noticed that this "company" goes my many different names: SammDress, NastyDress, DressLilly, ect. The reason why none of the photos on these sites show the models' heads is because they are stolen from other online boutiques and clothing stores. Then, the company makes a knockoff of the item and that is what you get. It is a fraud. Lesson learned :(.
Yup, i fell for it. Cheap prices and cute clothes. I ordered a swim suit and a cover up. The swimsuit finally arrived about 5 weeks later i knew it'd take awhile, didn't quite think that long however). I wear a small to a medium in us sizing, but after reading reviews, i went with the xlg as suggested. Wow. I literally can not get this one piece up over my hips??!! it is insanely small. It doesn't appear to be cheap quality per se, but the top part is very odd. Because i can't even get it on to decide how it would fit, i guess i'll just say, it must be made for someone with a negative?!) -a cup size?? As if that was bad enough, i've yet to receive the rest of my order cover up). I have contacted them several times via their customer service link on their site. Each time it's a very general reply, "order has been processed and shipped...Yada yada yada" but nothing. It shows it shipped 7 weeks ago and still not tracking information available other than that. Thank goodness this was just a $12 item, but still, frustrating. Don't waste your money, no matter how cute you think it is. After reading other reviews ugh, why didn't i read those first!?) and knowing my experience, you'll either end up with clothing that will fit your 5 yr old family member or never receive!!
I recently created an account with them and ordered a bathing suit. My first red flag was no tracking number, second red flag is when I've tried going back into my account to check status I keep getting the error that my email/password is incorrect. I wrote it down so I know I have the correct log in information. I checked my bank account and saw they received payment but also saw 7 other charges placed back to back with various names. That's what made me search for reviews. I can only assume they deleted my account after I placed my order. Such a disappointment. I should have been more cautious and checked reviews first. Lesson learned.
I ordered three dresses & a bathing suit ~ about $75 or so total cost. I received 1 item, a dress and it was moldy & obviously very smelly. Gross! I could send it back for a refund minus shipping (plus shipping cost back) or get 20% back & keep it. A new dress that's moldy? I should get all my money back. I needed my items because I am going out of town tomorrow March 24th. This place appears to be a scam and I am just hoping to cancel and get my money back, which I NOTE: They took MY money the next day!!!

Rosegal is a fraudulent company and should be investigated and not allowed to do business in the United States...I found out too late that they are based overseas and knew I was probably going to have troubles...I was right....they don't even deserve one star...
I ordered 3 items from Rosegal.com for Christmas in November 2014. I received 1 of 3 items on January 28th 2015. I files a claim with their customer service dept. They ignored me.
I submitted another ticket. They replied with "go check post office" that's it, in broken English. I submitted another ticket asking for a refund or my items. They replied with "send us more money to track your shipment and we'll send them." I replied No Way, send me my items or give me a refund now! They ignore me. They delete my complaint tickets. I email them on Facebook. They ignore me. I start researching, find out that they do this to everyone, so I report them for fraud to every organization I can find.
I start warning others in the comments on their Facebook page. Everyday I email, message, and comment on their page! Now they talk to me! They message me on Facebook and tell me they've issued me a full refund and are sincerely sorry for the lost shipment that was beyond their control. I received a refund finally after 4 months of fighting them every day! I know they do this to everyone. I want them to stop!
Oh yeah nah but if you fit a linear trend beteewn mid-2000 and mid 2010 the trend is something like 0.5 degrees in 9 years = 0.056 degrees per year or 5.6 degree per century. See...it's worse than we thought...better get ready to hand over more $$

I placed my order for a beautiful sweater dress after the death of my beloved dog. I was in retail therapy mode and was hoping this dress would help me feel better through my greif. What I got instead was the run around and fraudluant charges on my card, which have indeed distracted me from my grief. This is what happened:
I order the dress. I immedatly get confirmation of my order and see the charge on my account. 5 min later I get a call from my bank about fradulant activity and sure enough extra money was mysteriously missing from mystery bank, and they close my account and issued a new card.
In the mean time two weeks goes by still no dress. I sign into my account on their system and all my order says is "processing". I submitted a service ticket as per their system these will be answered within 24 hours. Three days go by, crickets. So I decide to call the number on the site to talk to someone. Live chat was not available, even though it was standard business hours. So I call and get a recorded message that the Magic Jack user is unavailable and the mail box is full so I can't leave a message. First of all I don't know a single legitimate company that uses Magic Jack phone lines.
Getting worried that not only has this company taken money and my card information but I won't ever see my dress, I decided it was time to leverage social media. I went to the page and publicly posted the situation. No less than 5 people replied to my post with simmilar stories all ending with never recieveing the pruduct after a slew of lies about the product being shipped, and non having gotten their money back.
The company replies to me asking to make this a private conversation. To which I replied that I already had and had not recieved a response. The response came at 11:30pm with a simple apology that the product is back ordered. I simply replied that that should have been stated on the site. I wouldn't have ordered it and to please issue a refund. 3 days go by, crickets. I get an email from their system that my service ticket had been closed. I relpyed with please issue my refund. Crickets again. Another day goes by they reply on facebook messger that the item has shipped. No traking number just saying to accpet the package when it arrives. So let me get this straight, I asked twice for a refund and they denied my request for a refund and shipped the item anyway? This is three weeks from the order date mind you. I have yet to recieve said item or my refund.
I would say beware buyer. You won't get a refund or your item just a head ache. Glad I have a new debit card as lord only know what else they are trying to pull. Shop elsewhere. I am issuing a refute order with my bank to get my money back and filling a BBB report as well. BUYER BEWHERE!

I bout several things from Rose Gal. I wish I had read these posts before I bought anything from Rose Gal. Every negative thing about them on these posts are correct!! Clothes are the poorest quality of any I have ever had....ripped hems and sizing they show is ridiculous!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Clothes come in plastic bags with no numbers on them and no receipt of what you bought so you could not return them even if you wanted to, which I did!!!

I read all of the negative reviews before placing my order. First do not use the free shipping , pay for your shipping . Second never order large amounts of items, keep your order small and simple.
I never order more then $30.00 dollars.
Size can be tricky they tend to run small. I always order a size larger and it's been perfect.
I am sure my day will come when I don't get what I ordered but so far so good.

I've ordered from rosegal a lot. Yes their processing always takes forever, but I've (knock on wood ) never not received what I've ordered. I've also received the it's been backordered statement they deal wholesale they don't have these items on site so they don't know when orders are placed that they are out of stock. I did eventually receive the item though. With these folks patience is the keyword. They tell you once shipped your order will take 3-7 3-8 3-25 days. What they don't tell you is it takes a month to process. Nothing ever comes by dhl, fed-ex, or ups mine has always received it usps. I placed an order on the first of Oct and it's still in the process stage. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I don't even want to give a1 star rating to this company BECAUSE the clothes are worse than bad. I purchased several items from them. One thing was ripped. Everything else was s...t! The sizes run tiny. The hassle of sending it back taught me a lesson for sure. I'm happy I have friends so much smaller than I am, they got all the crap they sent me.

Hello, i received a very similar situation to your complaint and will back that up 100%. I too ordered a lovely piece from Rosegal and it sat in 'processing' mode forever. The item did arrive; however, I ended up paying for the order in two shipment custom fees. $30 for one and $20 for the other with total of $50 cusoms fees. The item did not fit so I swallowed the fees.
In the meantime, i had ordered another item from them on October 9. October 10 I emailed them asking them to cancel this order because of concerns of sizing due to previous order received. They said sure just give it as few days. It's now December 4 and my $91 credit still hasn't come through my original method of payment.
I emailed them maybe 4 times now to ask where my credit was. I was told it takes 30 days for credit to come through. After the first email to them, approximately 3 weeks after original request to cancel, they took the liberty of deleting the conversation history; therefore, resetting the refund date from beginning of November. It's now December 4 and still no credit. It's just a big fat run around game.
Buyer beware of this company as they also go under some different names on the internet. You will recognize them by the layout of the site and items they display.

All the tags say XL, but they are very, very small! And it will cost an arm and a leg to ship them back to China, so I'm giving them as gifts. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I was about to start ordering items on this website & am so grateful that I decided to Google company reviews 1st. Too bad that Facebook doesn't quality check its advertisers' legitimacy, but I guess as long as their client pays for ad space, they don't care how reputable or fraudulent the company is. I realized reading your review that in my experience, many legitimate retailers won't charge a customer's credit card on a back ordered item until the item ships. Thanks for the reminder to pay attention to details like this.
I ordered one swimsuit from Rosegal. I tried contacting the site after waiting over a month for one item that is still "processing." Upon looking online, all the links for customer support and live chat are non-working links (Convenient. Coincidence? I think not). After looking around online I found several posts from other people saying NEVER to order from this site and complaining of similar complaints. Other people have also said the customer support links are non-existent which tells me this is intentional. The website says processing should take 1-3 days and a maximum of 7. I have been waiting over a month and the order shows as "processing" and has no tracking number. What I found out about the company online:

I ordered a dress November 28th and when I logged on to check the status of it, it didn't even show up!
The online chat is always closed, the CS number is American (waaaay too expensive for me since I live in Norway!) so I posted it in the question section for the dress and also on Facebook. I have no tracking number so I can't get a service ticket either!
I was planning on wearing it for Christmas (shipping said 7-15 days) and I can't afford something else now..!

I too have been waiting for weeks for severy items that still sat processing. I had originally bought the items to take on my vacation, also paying for expedited shipping, which is now over. Rosegal.com is an advertised clothing company on Facebook. The clothes are so cute and so cheap! But don't be fooled. After you place your order, you'll never get the items. I placed an order on July 31, 2014 and as of today it has not been received. Company may be based in China but still two months is a long time for shipping. There is no customer service phone number. No tracking number. Nothing. I went to their facebook page and there are several people complaining of the exact same thing! As far as we're concerned, this company is a scam. Buyers beware!
The dress I received was not even the same color as in the pic. The inner part was bright read and the outer maroon, instead of being solid maroon as in the picture. It clashed with itself so bad, no one would wear it. Rosegal admitted they were atfault and wanted me to pay $2 so they could attempt to send the correct dress!! Then they offered a 40% refund, then a 60% refund, which I both declined. I told them the dress was garbage and I couldn't wear 100% of it. They offered an 85% refund if I paid to ship it back to China!! When I finally caved, and said, just give me the 60%, they then said they could only give me a 50% refund. I wish I had found this website before so I would have been warned or that they could be reported to the BBB. Customer service, quality of merchandise, everything about this company is horrible. Avoid at all costs. The pictures are deceptive, you will not get what you see! The sizes run way small too!! DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!

I'm currently going through this misfortune with this site as of current. I ordered a few things that racked up to a little over 80 dollars or so as a birthday present to myself.
After I already ordered and used my debit card info, I was excited enough to head back to the Facebook page, to see if there were any other sales I might want to indulge in. And lo and behold. I saw the comments. Comment after comment on just about every picture from various women each saying that they'd been ripped off and had received nothing that they ordered. And those that did, said the material was cheap and horrible and looked nothing like what they ordered.
So at this point I'm nervous, because everything I'm seeing is literally negative and the handful of good comments I had seen weren't enough to ease my mind. I went back online to cancel my order with the quickness, and left two tickets telling them to cancel it. I had waited a day, agonizing over the fact I've been ripped off and that they have my card information, I had ended up calling my bank to file a dispute, but they couldn't do anything until the money was actually removed from my account. Rosegal responded to my complaints, saying that the transaction was canceled and I should be refunded my money in 5-10 business days.
Now here it is, a new day, and I check my bank account to find that not only did they take the 88 dollars from the purchase, now there's a miniscule withdrawal on a foreign ATM, and I hadn't gone anywhere the entire day. Not to mention I have direct deposit and my check goes straight to my card. So now, they've taken money from me, and now they're pilfering extra like it's discreet.
So I have a date with my bank to cancel my card this week and order a new one. Long story short, rosegal is a complete fraud. I'd even expressed my displeasure on their fb page and they had the audacity to respond to it... And then block my comment! And I'm still complaining to these bastards!
I just wish I'd seen these warnings sooner, instead of being so eager to get a good deal. So please, check your sources, and if you see more bad reviews than good, don't trust it period!

So I found rosegal.com on Facebook. A couple of my friends liked it so I decided to check it out. I was looking for 2 dresses to buy quickly because I was going to have a ball soon to go to. I found 2 really nice lace sleeve top dresses. I bought them both and payed the money, only costing around $40 some (the day after Thanksgiving). I payed extra to get it early and I saw on my account that it would take 7-25 business days to ship it out and especially it coming from London area. I actually got the package in 7 days from my purchase. I was really happy with the dresses. Really good quality and it was the perfect size. The actual package came from Singapore, but I didn't mind it because nothing bad happened during the shipping and my account was perfectly safe.

from Rosegal Sept. 9, 2014 and received only half of the order. Upon
receipt I was charged $30 for shipping fees to which they claim to not
charge you for. Whatever I swallowed the cost. The 2nd piece was
pending forever so i asked a couple times when this item would be
shipped to which they replied it's currently out of stock and won't be
back in stock for a while. Ok fine, so just refund my money then and
perhaps warn people if something isn't in stock before taking their
money.
In the meantime while all the above was happening, I placed
another order on October the 9th. I had concerns for shipping costs

October 10th to advise them of cancelling and crediting my account on
the original method of payment. I was told no problem credit is on it's
way, please give it 30 days.
I waited and waited until I've had
enough and emailed back asking whereabouts this $91 credit was and they
replied please have patience. When I went to respond I noticed that the
conversation history was gone and inquired about the credit once again.
This time a different person responded and carried on like it was our
first time speaking and said please wait 30 days (from beginning of
November now). I was livid! It's now December 4 and still no credit.
The
experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. They've
ripped me off for money, shipping fees, sizes and quality. To all
consumers out there please beware of this company as it's false
advertisement and they will give you the run around like crazy! This
company also goes under a few other names, which you will recognize by
the items they display and the layout of their website.

Placed order and received .....
I placed an order for two tops. I had to wait a long time for the merchandise but did receive exactly what I ordered and was happy with both tops. I also emailed customer service inquiring about delivery date and received a prompt email reply. No issues at all but now I'm leary of ordering again based on the reviews........
I placed an order with Rosegal on November 11th. It us now January 1st and I still have not received an order. I have sent a claim and have had several emails going back and forth and each time they tell me to wait. They said they can not offer a refund because my orders have shipped. I later posted on fb that this was a scam and Rosegal replied "F $รท% YOU, THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION.
On another posting Rosegal wrote. "Go ahead and share the post, we will just open another because Americans are stupid and fat, keep giving us your donations. " They have removed since but I have all the screen shots to prove and over $60.00 of clothes and jewlery that o never received.

This company is a joke! Ordered items that were apparently out of stock and then they don't even refund it in full. Then when I ask to return some items they won't even tell you where you can return it to and after weeks of going back and fourth with them and they conveniently ask stupid or they don't know English they ignore questions you ask. So in return I got a big F-U and was offered a 8% off coupon code. Are you serious? You think you will ever get a cent of my money again. This company is ridiculous. Oh and I also paid extra for expedited shipping and it was late. I've asked 3 times for a refund and got nothing. One of the worst customer service companies I've dealt with and they products are so cheap. Save yourself the headache and pay a premium from a quality company!

Don't ever get into business with them if you value your time. It has been a nightmare for me. I ordered a coat, which I paid about $50. When I received it, it obvious has only 50 RMB quality, or probably even less. I requested full refund and prepaid return label right away. Oh, boy...the nightmare began right at the moment I started to contact them. It has been like puling teeth communicating with them. Wish I could provide a NEGATIVE rating (ie: -5 stars) for this company! They are a complete and utter RIPOFF!! I placed an order in the first week of January, and to date...have not received the item. Tracking through the post office reflects it being held by customs in the port of Los Angeles...and nothing further. Apparently, it was never released to ship to my home. I have chatted online with Rosegal. I received no assistance, only instructions to send a message to their "support center" with a link supplied. I did so immediately, and only received an auto response that someone would reply. In my message, I requested a full refund since more than two months has passed without any receipt or information regarding my order. To date...no reply has been received. I purchased a few dresses and 3 do not fit as they are made VERY strangely..... Huge in the hips but the tops are sewn strangely and choke you from the back (I said strange)! So - I am trying to return them... I have gotten TWELVE (12) "Tickets" from them that they are working on it. All I want is the address for the return!! I even went on live chat - more run-around!! I am finally getting the idea that I have been scammed. I also did not receive some of the items I ordered (and PAID FOR) and they say they are coming... I guess I'll just have to chalk it up to myself - NOT BEING CAREFUL!!!! I will warn my friends - this is really bad and I am really mad that I was not more diligent BEFORE purchasing!! I will delete them and send out emails - but I guess it's too late for me!
They overcharged my card for items i didn't order. The items i did order were terrible. Bad customer service.
Scam Artist
I wished I would have researched this site before using it. The chat lines and phone lines are completely useless and they will not refund your money without a fight. I ordered a coat on the 18th of November. However after reading the reviews I immediately wrote a ticket demanding that my order be canceled. Of course I did not hear from Lawan until the 19th of November at 7 that night with a bunch of lame excuses and apologies about why they couldn't cancel my order. I noticed they rushed to process my order after I complained but yet the tracking number doesn't work for USPS and on the DHL website it states it has not updated.
Based on what others have said I am going to copy and paste every email I sent and go to my bank. I used a prepaid card so they cannot take anything else so I only loaded 20.00 for my purchase. I don't understand with thousands of people complaining why they are still in business and advertising on FB. As of today which is Nov 19, 2015 I have emailed them a ticket of complaint three times and no response. I know they could have canceled my order but they chose not too. I have learned a valuable lesson to stick with Ebay when it comes to buying from China because at least they can monitor your purchase and read the email exchange between you and the seller. They are a complete and utter fraud. I don't know if I will ever receive my coat but at this point I will continue to fight for my money because they are crooks.

I hav the same story as anyone else. I believe that Eric dress is part of the same group of companies and that they are in CHina. I ordered one sweater from Eric Dress and they sent me a girl's size instead of a woman's size. Now, I ordered something from Rosegal and it has been almost two months, my grandson has broken up with the girl I ordered the stuff for! (Not Rosegal's fault). . I wrote to them a month ago and said just give me my money back. THey have sent nothing and have not credited my account.

I ordered 4 items and have not received them after 5 weeks. They said they were delivered to my address and itscthe Post Offices problem they lost them.....well noone knows this number they gave me. Not in this country do they have so many didgits.
So yes its fraud for sure. I have Pay Pal trying to claim for me now.

Be aware of this website, everything is made from china ! poor quality, they will abuse you with return and never get your money back! when you read the website its very friendly about return the product even if you are not happy but when it comes to it you cant, after sending hundred email, fight ,dispute, wasting time and money! they will offer you maybe 1/5 money that you've paid which is crazy there is nothing like that on their return policy!
As other customer said : it's almost impossible to return anything. They will play with you with email and junks never read email carefully or at least act like that! will respond you with different topic never get answer specially if you need to return something! shipping to return cost a lot and after that they didn't give my money back they steal your money very easy!

I never received my order. I contacted them several times to inquire about my order. They told me my order was shipped through USPS. The only response the company gave me was to contact the US Postal Service to see if they had it. The tracking number they sent me did not exist through any Postal Service. Once I responded that I did so and that every Postal Service, UPS FedEx, USPS etc. did not have it and I wanted a refund, they did not respond. This order was placed on November 4, 2014. As of today (July 12, 2015), I still have not heard from the company, received a refund or my product.
I ordered a pair of lace mini leggings from Rosegal.com an online clothing company. They took my money and when I checked the website concerning my order it was no were to be found. I went to the contact us page and nothing worked with online chat. I was however made to make a ticket to complain. I did and after about 3 days they responded that the iteam I ordered wasn't in stock. So they said for me to wait until June 30, 2015 to check back. I asked for my money back. So I created another ticket to have them to respond asking them to put the money back into my bank. I went and put my ticket number in and the status said closed. No shipment came even when I paid extra to get it to my house within 6 to 8 days. I spoke to my bank and they are taking the charges off and filing a fraud complaint against them plus put a stop payment against them as well. I am onna fixed income and they tried to rip me off. After ordering 4 bathing suits for around 100 dollars in the spring of '15 I waited for them to arrive it took one month for one to come and two months for the second. I contacted the company and couldn't get a hold of any one by phone. When I filed an official report with their email service which is directly where they send you. The response I got first was it takes up to 35 days. But... When I told them that half of one order that was marked shipped on my order and half of the other order wasn't sent they told me to check with my post office. After I checked with my post office and found out they were never in their care I called back to which I have gotten no response. Threw away 50 dollars and the bathing suits are subpar that I hot but I don't even trust them to return them. I'll never get my money back and this ruins my sense of trust for other small internet businesses. Rosegal Rosegal Rosegal don't buy from them don't trust them.
I placed an order on April 5, 2015 and never received my merchandise. They made me wait two months before it was considered "lost". When I still had not received it, they only offered to refund me HALF my money or resend the items if I send them an additional 50% of the total cost. Don't do it!

I too fell trap to the photos of cute clothing for cheap prices.What I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised. On top of that, they were sized for a toddler and have a weird chemical smell coming off of them that made me dizzy. I do NOT want whatever that is touching my body. From what I have read, I am SOL on getting my money back. You may have noticed that this "company" goes my many different names: SammDress, NastyDress, DressLilly, ect. The reason why none of the photos on these sites show the models' heads is because they are stolen from other online boutiques and clothing stores. Then, the company makes a knockoff of the item and that is what you get. It is a fraud. Lesson learned :(.
Yup, i fell for it. Cheap prices and cute clothes. I ordered a swim suit and a cover up. The swimsuit finally arrived about 5 weeks later i knew it'd take awhile, didn't quite think that long however). I wear a small to a medium in us sizing, but after reading reviews, i went with the xlg as suggested. Wow. I literally can not get this one piece up over my hips??!! it is insanely small. It doesn't appear to be cheap quality per se, but the top part is very odd. Because i can't even get it on to decide how it would fit, i guess i'll just say, it must be made for someone with a negative?!) -a cup size?? As if that was bad enough, i've yet to receive the rest of my order cover up). I have contacted them several times via their customer service link on their site. Each time it's a very general reply, "order has been processed and shipped...Yada yada yada" but nothing. It shows it shipped 7 weeks ago and still not tracking information available other than that. Thank goodness this was just a $12 item, but still, frustrating. Don't waste your money, no matter how cute you think it is. After reading other reviews ugh, why didn't i read those first!?) and knowing my experience, you'll either end up with clothing that will fit your 5 yr old family member or never receive!!
Definitely a scam
I recently created an account with them and ordered a bathing suit. My first red flag was no tracking number, second red flag is when I've tried going back into my account to check status I keep getting the error that my email/password is incorrect. I wrote it down so I know I have the correct log in information. I checked my bank account and saw they received payment but also saw 7 other charges placed back to back with various names. That's what made me search for reviews. I can only assume they deleted my account after I placed my order. Such a disappointment. I should have been more cautious and checked reviews first. Lesson learned.
Moldy dress
I ordered three dresses & a bathing suit ~ about $75 or so total cost. I received 1 item, a dress and it was moldy & obviously very smelly. Gross! I could send it back for a refund minus shipping (plus shipping cost back) or get 20% back & keep it. A new dress that's moldy? I should get all my money back. Don't even know If it's an appropriate size since I can barely stand to touch it!

Rosegal is a fraudulent company and should be investigated and not allowed to do business in the United States...I found out too late that they are based overseas and knew I was probably going to have troubles...I was right....they don't even deserve one star...
I ordered 3 items from Rosegal.com for Christmas in November 2014. I received 1 of 3 items on January 28th 2015. I files a claim with their customer service dept. They ignored me.
I submitted another ticket. They replied with "go check post office" that's it, in broken English. I submitted another ticket asking for a refund or my items. They replied with "send us more money to track your shipment and we'll send them." I replied No Way, send me my items or give me a refund now! They ignore me. They delete my complaint tickets. I email them on Facebook. They ignore me. I start researching, find out that they do this to everyone, so I report them for fraud to every organization I can find.
I start warning others in the comments on their Facebook page. Everyday I email, message, and comment on their page! Now they talk to me! They message me on Facebook and tell me they've issued me a full refund and are sincerely sorry for the lost shipment that was beyond their control. I received a refund finally after 4 months of fighting them every day! I know they do this to everyone. I want them to stop!

I ordered from Rosegal weeks ago and immediately received a notice that my ordered shipped. Still nothing...I would say never to use this site.
I ordered from ROSEGAL.COM twice and both times i didnt recieve a full order also they wont give me back a refund even though i showed proof in the first order that my items wrong wrong and didnt look anything like in the picture! also paypal is no help either!
