Previously my husband bought 2 cars from this dealership with no problems. Tasos Karamitsos kept calling stating he could give us a great deal making similar payments on a new vehicle. Since we were having a problem with our 2014 and several trips to the dealership couldn't find what was causing the problem, we decided to go for it. Afterwards, the payments were close. But after going to Jeffrey Green, our payments went up even higher. We normally get our paperwork right then. This time he told us our paperwork will be mailed. I finally called a month later to demand our paperwork be sent to us. We received some of the papers.

We did not receive the Theft Deterrent Systems, Poly Steel and Vehicle Service Contract papers. Also our previous percentage rate both times was 3.9 but this time it's 6.39. Why? We don't know. Phone calls after phone calls got us nowhere. Jeffrey Green did at one time say Christian did not put everything we had on the 2014 onto the 2015 as we requested (which also included prepaid oil changes). Christian Karamitsos stated he will okay our oil changes each visit along with a phone call to him ahead of time. We always received an oil change booklet. We want our paperwork and to know why the finance percentage went up so high.

I went in to sell my car, then they a vehicle i was interested in buying as what i thought was a fair price. When it came down to it. I was told i can only pay this car if i purchase this mandatory RonCarter bronze warranty package. I didnt want the package and kept telling them. They said it was mandatory. So i went through with it. At the end i was due for 1428. And i didnt have any money, so they told they are going to have to give me 5000 back and make it seem like if i had a balance due on the vehicle to myself to financed. Because no bank will finance under 6000. Once again not knowing i went through it. So the next business day i went to cancel the whole trade/transaction. The sales mgr who helped me said let me see what i can do. He came back to me its too late and there is nothing he can because capitol one had already funded the money. I called capitol one and they said no, they only received application. Which means they lied to me. I couldnt habdle to pressure and pain they were causing me as i tried to get up and fell to floor and the perimedics had to show up. The management never once came back to help me. I ask to speak with General Manager and was told he was too busy and will not speak to me. I then ask to speak with the finance employee who the closing on loan. I ask him who funded the money. He said give him a minute and came back 10 minutes later and said 1st investors did. I called them and was told no they have not even received the contract. The RON CARTER employees kept lying to me so that i couldnt get out of contract. Over the next days i realized my credit was being pulled from numerous places. They was in search of a bank to finance the money. I feel betrayed and lied to. After a whole week i finally got ahold of the GM. He told me everything is too late that the money has been funded and that this wasnt Walmart where you buy something and take it back. He talked to me as if i was a nobody to him. I told him how come he never returned my phone call and he said he doesnt have time for such things like this.i then said if its already been funded then where is the 5000 i was promised. He was like huh we owe you money, i said yes, then he was like well let me look into it and get back with you and still hasnt
