I ordered notebooks on line. The site was odd; I got an error message instead of a confirmation. So I tried again. Admittedly this was dumb. Two charges for two orders immediately appeared on my credit card.
When I contacted Rollabind, I got a call-back; the customer service person assured me my order was in the computer and I would get my notebooks and a refund for the second order.
Needless to say, in light of all the postings here, this did not happen. The 1-800 number is non-functional and customer service does not call me back. The money is gone.
If I had to guess what is going on, the company is in trouble and is trying to get as much money from unsuspecting customers as it can before it folds. Some years ago it was a reputable company; something has happened to change this. Do not order from Rollabind. The site is a scam.
I would like to report rollabind.com for fraud. They are taking orders but not fulfilling them for the last 1.5 years.
I called up the number on May 20th I wanted to get an assorted sizes of the purple basic discs (72) and the shells. Seemed accommodating.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago by calling the number on the website and actually got what I presumed to be the owner on the line. My card has been charged but I still have not received it and no response to my many calls and emails.
This company is a scam. I ordered samples from them and got them quickly, along with pricing and timelines for the circa discs. Customer Service, he said his name was Jack seemed very interested in my order, website seemed legitamite. Even Martha Stewart had showed the product on her show in 2012. However, They asked for the money upfront, got my check and cashed it. As it got closer to my promised delivery date, I was told there was a problem and they would get back to me. When I saw of Ripoff Report that other companies besides us had been scammed by them. I continued to reach out to Rollabinds/S.J Creative, and they said they would get back to me, then they said there was a problem with the material, then they said they fixed the problem, when I asked again for a delivery date, I got no response to calls or any of my emails. I have never heard back from them, it has been 2 months since I placed my order. They cashed my check for thousands, and won't return calls or emails. Do not use this company!
I ordered products two months ago and have never received any shipment. I have called them four times and received a different excuse each time. Do not order from them.

16 Jumbo discs (purple)
16 Large discs (purple)
16 Medium discs (purple)
24 Small discs (purple)
24 Plastic Covers Junior size(purple).
