This is going to be short. Read my first report on the Rockwell Collins in Coralville Iowa. I just got word from my temp agency they had said the reason for my fired was that on Friday I allegedly threw a reel at someone else. This is a lie and its a lie started by the people who were bullying others. I never threw a reel at anyone and when I asked to see video footage of that time, I got told there were no video cameras on Rockwell property.
Tell me, what is a airplane parts manufacturer doing with no video cameras on property? And when I asked to review said video tapes of them saying that I threw a reel at someone, I got told that was a breach of contract? Sounds phishy.
Anyways the main reason why I wrote this was it was the SAME woman who was yelling at another temp who was the one to throw a reel, and it hit the temps arm I do believe. Both me and her where in the office with the manager when I saw for sure the manager had written down that this Temp was the one who got the reel thrown at her.
They lied and said it was me. But when I asked the reason for my firing, they told me they had no reason to give me. I find it ironic because of two things:
A) They told me they couldnt tell me a reason because they talked about what they would say as a reason for firing me afterwards, probably because they didn't want to fire the same people who were actually doing it (they been there for nearly 10 years or so.)
B) The HR person said "I was a temp" like I was nothing, meaning they took what they took to cover it up.
This is the conclusion. I don't think anyone will ever see this but its pretty unsafe to work there as a person, I felt bullied, I felt unsafe and the most retaliation was the worst. I have no idea what was said behind my back and its evident a lot of things were said.
