I was a customer for almost 2 years. Then, out of the blue they decided to start an auto-ship program. I was automatically enrolled because I had placed an order in the month prior. I did not agree to this and was quite surprised given my previous problem free orders.
They took $119 out of my account without my permission. I e-mailed customer service and did not recieve a response. I called, sat on hold for 45 minutes and was told about the auto-ship porgram. There is no way to cancel the shipments or your membership unless you call. Obviously sitting on hold is a bit on an inconvenience, so I am sure they hope people will give up and stay enriolled so they can take your money.
