I brought my computer tower in to Rockford PC to have Windows 7 installed for future updating to 8 or 10. I get a notice to type in the product key # for activation but the product key# was not accepted. Now I'm getting notices that I may be a victim of a fraudulent Windows 7 installation. I am unable to buy a new product key # since this is not a genuine Windows 7 on my computer.
I have tried to call Rockford PC for the last month about it hoping they can help me but I have not receieved any answers. My husband went past the business and said the place did not have its sign out as when we went there for service. I'm out $60 plus $10 for a tip since I liked the guy and because the service he did for me took such a short time. I hope that this all works out where I can write a good review of this company in the end.
