Right after the job was completed (march,2012), I noticed the pavers in the lanai are wobbling as you walk on them. so called the owner, CHRIS GENDRON, and after couple of weeks of chasing him , he finally showed up. He said" give it a good 6 months for it to settle". So, i waited a good 8 months. In the mean time, I noticed a few cracked pavers in both lanai, and drive way. also, saw about a quarter sized rust stains on about ten pavers. So i kept calling with no return phone calls. finally a few months later, CHRIS GENDRON happen to pick up his cell phone, after I decided to call his cell instead of the office, he said he will be there at the house to look at the issues. Never did until early 2014!(after more calls) he came by the house looked at the wobbling pavers, walked on them, looked at the cracked ones, and looked at the rust stains. He said the wobbling is from "the guy who sealed it" by pressure washing it too hard. told him, that i showed it to you, and you said it will settle, a day after the job was done. also what about the stains, and cracked ones? he said he will replace them and fix the wobbling. 2 months passed by! called again. left a few messages in course of 2 months(both his office and cell). Finally one day he said in about a month, he will have his workers in naples and fix the issue. On july 7th, he picked up the phone at his office, and said he can't help since the problem was the pressure washer! and can't help me with the cracked, and stained ones either! Mind you he still has ads in home good magazine boasting a 5 year warranty! (job cost me $23.000 even).
