I graduated Nov 2003. A month later they charged me for books I never received. My loans were paid off in 2010 and I continued my education with Everest to recieve my Bachelors. Upon entry I found out about fraudulent book charges and was ensured by RMU they would remove it and send out my official transcripts to Everest due to their mistake. After a year, 10 classes expired (40 credits) and the issue was not fixed for yet another year there after. They laughed and refused to refund the 10 classes that the credits expired due to their fault and I had to retake at Everest. Deb Brody (Chicago campus) stated "It was your choice to retake the classes or not" after I told her I was being forced to retake classes I already had credit in and no longer do, due to their mistake and not fixing it in time. I reported them to the Illinois Attorney General and awaiting response of decision.
