Despite several years of loyal business with them, they arbitrarily and without warning decided to cancel my sim card.... a card that I had purchased and used, and was prepared to use again.
I have more than one sim card, and so of course I could have cycled through them to keep them both "active" if their policy of invalidating cards after a year was properly communicated to the customer.
But, no such luck. And, upon contacting customer service through their chat service, "Ahmed" was completely useless and offered no help whatsoever.
Pretty frustrating to be out of country and relying on a roaming SIM card that many Canadians use while traveling to the USA, only to discover that the company you've committed to doesn't care at all about you.
So, BEWARE! These guys have the worst possibly customer service and absolutely no desire for customer retention.
