I can not disclose my name but I worked for this scam company for 4 months. I gave my 100% and worked so hard but the owner the sucker did not release my salary. I can not do anything but I can disclose a true story of this scam a big scam by Risezone. They guys are calling to users by saying Microsoft or Norton, Mcafee and so many names. Also they can create a pop-up on user computer. They scare people and getting money. Its a big scam. Risezone a big big scam. Mr. Director, i will not let you go. Release my salary or I will let you show what I can do.
I calledup for Norton and they charged me $149.99 just for installation. They claimed as Original Norton but when I called Norton, they don't know about these scams.
I was trying to order Norton Security and a pop-up message came up and said a technician will be calling you. At first, I thought I was talking to a Norton Security Technician, when I was told the company's name is RizeZone. I still thought it was a contractor that Norton was using for security maintenance. The tech's name is Andy and he told me that for $199.00 he could clean my computer and I would not have any more problems with computer viruses for the life of the computer and that included having Norton Security for 1 year. He asked for access to my computer, which I gave him foolishly. Once in my computer he told and showed me all these suppose viruses. He told that my internet was not secure and I told him it was. While he was talking I looked the company up on my smart phone and saw the 5 scam notes. I immediately booted him off my computer and he asked me why. I told him about the scam data and he put his supervisor on the phone who tried to tell that all companies get bad publicity. I told him I needed to do some research and I would call back. I contacted Norton and was able to download their security software for $49.95. I don't know if this company is legal but I didn't feel comfortable with how they can chat with you as if they are another company. I wonder if Norton realizes what they are doing.
