Aside from the fact that what they peddle does not work, which was the point of a 14 day trial, this company has shown itself only interested in getting that first charge on your card. I think they know there won't be any others, but they steadfastly refuse to credit that first charge back.
The real issue is that you don't get 14 days to "try" their crap. You get 14 days from the order date. I got one week from the day it arrived. I tried it for one week, decided to not order more, and was told I was outside of my "14 day trial", and I was already charged $87.63.
Still not sure if my credit card company will stand up for my or not, but be warned. This is a rip off all the way. Stay very far away!!!

i can't speak for everyone but some people don't have time in their schedule to wait that long on the line or to hang up and give it another go! Two days have passee from the initiale 14 day period they give you to ""call"" and cancel, when it find an answer I needed. finally after reaching out to friends and people who have ran across the same problem, not just with this company, we have come up with the conclusion of emailing the company for a termination and Viola! It was cancelled! But too late I was charged $87.63 for a bottle of product I really didn't care for.
