When at the dealership I was approached by sales man Leo, we talked about a purchase of a vehical, he was so in a rush to get to buy he told me to bring three different amount of down payment, I told i didnt agrre with the amount because I had to purchase insurance, he told me I have a great company for you he pulled the paper work told me to put a deposit of 260.00 down and I did.. Long story after I do paperwork I drive the car home. the next morning the car ran hot and shut down on me in the middle of expressway... I called Leo and he tells me, Bro the paperwork is already sent to the bank we can not give you a different car its covered by warranty...are you serious I know all about hairline cracked heads and what it would do to a 4 cyclinder car.. Leo trys to further negoiate and tell me I cant get a diferent car and that I am stuck with this. I ask him why do my key chain says cruze 2015 LZ but the car is just a regular Cruze. he side step the question. I ask can I get a upgrade radio he denied me and tell me we can take car of your first months Note. That never happen he didnt return my calls no more after.
Now the next issuse the insurance he sold me and took my payment for, he called me back in I though was to negoiate about the first issuse he tell me manager is not available but the reason he called was I needed to sign off on some insurance paperwork I drove 46 miles to sign off on paper work I was heated. Now the same paperwork that I sign he never send the insurance company therefore I was driving around without proper insurance. The insurance agent says she tried contacting him but never return the calls just as he did me. My insurance company cancle my policy due to not having proper paperwork signed so i lose all the way around dealing with Rick Hendrix Chevy. I talked with the sales manager he tells me there is nothing he can do because of Leo Actions I told him to his face I feel Robbed but the his staff. He had nothing to say. Now I am out of insurance and never got what was promised to me. I would advise any and everyone to think twice before you hear those commercial on the radio because its not what it all cracked up to be at Rick Hendrix Chevy. I have the bank statement to verfiy my deposit from the bank on Satellite Blvd
