Richard Castro and Jacqueline Contreras move into my rental property in 2/1/2012. Jacqueline Contreras spent decades on government benefits and Richard Castro had a bad credit and I took a chance to make them my tenants because they were refered by her sister who lived in the area. Nine months later they began to be late with their rent and the lying and they usual dead beat tenant acts had begun. Jacqueline Contreras’s lying is second nature to her. I had sent them numerous letters telling them that they rent must be paid timely and if they are going to be late they should let me know. They had ignored every note I sent them and I could not get them on the phone either. In the next 9 months they paid their rent when they wanted and how much they wanted. I received the last rent payment from them in September 2013. In December I filed for an eviction and both were evicted as of January 31, 2014 with a judgment against them. By the time they left they owned me $5400.
