Rick Davis hired me to repair doors and light in a barn that he rents on Skunk Hollow Rd. in Chalfont, Pa. I did the repairs with materials that I purchased and he has not paid me or answered my emails. He breeds beagles in this barn although I only saw grown beagles. Also, I saw no means of heating this barn and I am concerned for the beagles; of which there were approximately15.
