Long story short, I got a phone call from a local Ohio zip code. I answered the phone and they talked a bunch of mess about some sweepstakes for a million dollars. They said according to their records, I had a Visa/Master Card. That automatically raised a red flag because I did not use my card on any insecure site, or least to my knowledge. Then they said that they would send me a subscription to five magazines for $4.61 or $461 a week (not sure which one). After I got a certain point in the phone call, I promptly hung up and started looking around for a site to report this garbage.
