Beware of this scam! The ad will tell you that you can have their products for $4.99 and $5.99 respectively but they will bill you for $89.99 and $99.98 if you don't cancel within 14 days! And as some have reported, even if they tried cancelling within the allotted time, the company still would not grant their refund. Do NOT fall fo this scam! I tried reasoning with them and told them to reverse the unauthorized charges to my card but they said I needed to call the 800 number becuase they had "questions" for me. I told them they had all the information needed to charge my card, they have all the information needed to reverse the unauthorized charges. Turns out, in teeny-tiny writing on their "introductory" page is a statement saying that if there is no cancellation within the trial period, the exhorbitant charges will be made to the credit card on file.
Guess what -- they will not listen to reason despite the fact my bank even told me I could return the products for a full refund. The "customer service representative" even hung up on me! This company is totally bogus and their products are s**t. Do Not Fall For It! Unscrupulous business practices and even worse customer service. I can't wait until they piss off the wrong people and get sued hard enough to shut their operation for good.
I found this product while searching for Dr. Oz products. It seems they have fraudulently associated themselves with the renowned Dr. Oz. I wonder if he knows? Today I was searching Dr. Oz products again and a very similar type of ad came up, this time the company was called Revitify Anti Aging eye serum. The ad was too similar not to have been the same company. They probably have to change their name periodically and have many AKAs. For instance, on my credit card statement, they are listed as Skin Elegance. If you go to the Skin Elegance website, which is a reputable company, there is a big disclaimer that they are not associated in any way with Revival Beauty, and they give you a phone number to call for Revival Beauty complaints because they are no doubt tired of dealing with the complaints through their own legitimate website. The scam continues to morph.
The company offers a free trial Which most people mistake for a free sample). Turns out the trial period is only for 14 days from the time you sign up online and and then promptly after that they bill your credit card for $89.99. This is not even enough time to have a full 14-day trial, even if you realized that was what you were signed up for. By the time you get your billing statement, they have already charged your card and placed you on automatic shipments once a month. Try and try as you might, you will never get a person to answer the phone through their automatic system, and they use various tactics to discourage you from calling back again. Like putting you on hold for 30 minutes at a time or more, then cutting you off as if it's an accident. If you're persistent and keep calling, as i was, you may get a message telling you -- sorry, our system is under reconstruction or some such nonsense. Then you can try emailing, but all you will get from them is a directive to use the 800 number, which they claim is available 24/7. After going through all of this, your 30-day window to return the product has expired. By that time, you may get someone to answer your pesky phone calls, only to be told that the 30-day return policy has expired. If you're lucky, you can get them to cancel the automatic shipments at that time, but that's about it. Hopefully, your credit card fraud department will allow further charges to your card to be stopped in the meantime while they run an investigation on their own. If not you would be wise to cancel your credit card.
Hi my e-mail is and my name is Margaret. I just received my bank statement today on march 31 I was charged for my trial Revival beauty cream and eye cream for $4.95, However, on my bank statement I was charged on 4/13 I was charged $89.99 and on 4/14 I was charged $99.99. There is no way you can get a hold of them. That web address doesn't allow you to complain.
I ordered online for the sample cream and eye serum for $4.95 each. I also have no idea that I was enrolled in auto-shipment. I was surprised to see that my credit card was charged $99.99 and $89.99. I received the second shipment of the eye serum today, which I will return tomorrow, and my credit card was again charged $99.99. I called the number and got a recording that said push 2 to cancel your automatic shipments. That was the only option and no way to speak to anyone. I canceled both the face cream & the eye serum by email and by telephone. I received the cancellation numbers for both products via email. I also contacted my credit card company to help get my money back or at least stop payment on future charges/shipments. This is ridiculous!!! Very sneaky!!!
On 3/29, I purchased two trials for 5 dollars each for a serum and beauty cream sample sizes. They did indicate that the trial period was 2 weeks and you'd be billed after 2 weeks and receive a shipment, if you didn't cancel.
Apparently, the 2 weeks starts on the day you purchase even though they need time to mail it to you and you need time to try it. I tried it and I was allergic to them with swollen face and bumps several days after using.
On 4/11, they billed me exactly two weeks after 3/29. I went on-line on 4/19 to cancel future orders and only one would let me cancel. The other indicated a session error. I contacted their support to request the second cancellation and to ask how to return the shipment they were obviously sending.
On 4/28, I received an email indicating that I could contact the two 800 numbers to get special instructions for returns. On calling them on 4/29, I was told on the phone that I had past the 2 week trial period and would be billed in full for the product and could not return. I asked for a manager who had to call me back.
The manager called me back and firmly stated the web site clearly stated I would be billed after 2 weeks if I didn't cancel and they will not accept returns. They did not care that I was allergic and made no offer of exchange or resolution. Just told me that it is noted I've cancelled now and won't receive any more.
I feel this is not at all clear and a crafy little scam. The mailing time to send to me is included in that two weeks.
Agree with all the reviews. This company represents bad business. If there products were worth the cost, they would be open, straightforward, and reachable. They are none of these!!
Try this number (925) 206-3859. After a stern email to their customer service address, I received a call from this number. Ask for supervisor and demand refund. They agreed to give me a 15% refund on the second set of products, which I did not order. Pass the word..........BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not order any products from Revival Beauty in Greenville South Carolina. I ordered a sample for $4.95 of face cream & was interested in the eye serum, so I clicked to read further more on the product (BIG MISTAKE) I also purchased the eye serum unknowingly.
I recieved my order, with one small hand cut out piece of paper with "Customer Service 800-805-3167" and that's it. I thought that's odd, no further information? Next my Credit Card is being charged $99.99 and $89.99. I called the number and got a recording that said push 1 to cancel your automatic shipments. (btw) I had no idea I was enrolled in auto-shipment. That was the only option and no way to speak to anyone. I cancelled both face cream & eye serum. I have sent this company in total 6 emails no reply back, it's been days. I have sense contacted my bank to HELP me thru this & hopefully having my money returned to me.
I have also returned all oringal products. Please Do Not order from this company. I've lost hundreds of dollars, sleepless nights, & sick to my stomach over what this company has done to me. Financial hardship & stress is not worth it.
If you're looking for Dr. Oz approved creams, etc go directly to the Dr. Oz official website.
These people should be arrested for fraud. I also plan on filing a report with The BBB.
UPDATE. Through much time searchering the Internet, I found another phone # for this so called company. Nope, no help there. They (CS) were unwilling to give me a return address or any other information that would make this easier on me or for that matter others aswell. Apparently the address I have, which I got off the so call company website isn't any good? If you dont have a vaild address, "guess what" they cant recieve your returns & therefor they continue to get away with Knowingly Stealing from people. It appears they have many addresses. No surprise there. I'll continue my search.

Ordered 3 samples. Received only the eye cream, so I called them to have them ship the missing 3 face cream. They charged me $4.95 6 times instead of 3 times. Two weeks later I'm being charged $89.95 3 times. Called the company and they said I had to cancel within 2 weeks for the trial. Nobody told me this and no where in the website this was stated. They will not refund my money and I had to call my bank to cancel all the cards, so that they will not steal anymore of my money.
