I have 3 Timeshares been trying to sell since July 26/2004. Paid Lillian a representative (whom I can not believe sleeps at night) Promised the Timeshares would be sold within 60 days. Paid a fee to the Company of $495.00. Received the information package. Sent it back as requested by Company. Called all the time to find out why not sold. False Advertising.
The Company states they are going to Advertise your Timeshares in USAA Today since 1987. BEST SOURCE for Buyers. 9 Million people read the paper. Guarantee to Advertise your property until is sold with no expiration date. In Sept 2005 after numerous phone calls to the Company to see why Timeshares were not sold contacted the BBB. Companies response to the letter received was an Employee called me on my HP and told me her name was Deanna (VERY RUDE) that I was not getting a refund. and hung up on me. So I called the *800 once again and the same individual answered the phone and said her name was Lori.
Consumers should be aware these Timeshare Companies just keep changing there names and try to get you to pay more fees for them to RIP you off. By the way BBB did nothing for me, nor State Atty General's Office. Was just told too bad.
