Residential RealEstate Review, Inc. Reviews

I worked with RRR for several years but ever since they moved their call center to India, I always wish I had declined to accept their orders. Every time I accept an order, there are problems. Either I can't upload pictures (because they require the use of software that is known to be problematic...I don't know anyone who has ever heard of MS Silverlight, let alone uses it) or the "validation" system forces you to put in information that is not accurate or valid. For example, I live in a rural area where it is not unusual for neighborhoods to not have any real estate activity. I just completed a report and it just so happens that there are only three sold comps that sold in the last three months and there are only 4 active listings that sold. Because some of the comps are greater or less than 100 square feet than the subject property, the validation system kicks them out. I would then be expected to go back into the MLS and find a comp that is closer in square footage to the subject. Because RRR wants fresh data, they don't want us using comps that are more than 180 days old. Of course I've already used all of the "fresh" comps on my report, so the only thing to do is look in another neighborhood that may be several miles away. I find comps in another neighborhood. My report is then kicked back for using comps that are too far away. I go back into the MLS and find comps that are greater than 180 days old. The report is kicked back for using stale comps. There is a note box that allows you to explain why you used certain comps, but it still won't allow you to complete the report. The only option left is to lie about the size of the comps that I selected. Unless you fudge your data, there is no way to submit the report...if you don't submit a falsified report, you will not be paid. Someone mentioned that he did over $400 worth of BPOs and was not paid for them. THIS IS TRUE. If your report doesn't pass their validation system and you don't use bad information to complete the report, you will not be paid because they give the BPO to someone else. I have written to RRR several times about my concerns about the way they strongarm agents and try to control values but no one has ever responded.

My biggest problem with them is that they exclusively use an India call center and the representatives are horrible. The connection is muffled which makes the very heavy accents the representatives have even harder to understand.
