I have been completing orders for them for years. Since they shipped most of the jobs to India, it has slowly eroded the quality of orders as they try to force you to arrive at a predetermined value that suits either needs of making prior BPO's look correct when they are not OR the banks are looking to show a specific value. I recently got sick of these people acting like they know how to research by using google instead of the MLS any reputable agent uses. last month, they did not like my value so they said my picture was wrong, which it was not, I deleted all extra and just put front and then it was kicked back again saying wrong house so I put original picture back and then it was off to telling me to assume it was average condition and change comps to show average. This home should not be assumed to be average as that is requiring repairs and a drive by cannot determine that. I said no and sent back stating these were best comps. Finally some untrained person said "bottom line change it will be reassigned" I wrote notes in body of report, and the note section on order and email directly to the QC department which are no longer signed so you never have a person to talk to directly.
People need to know, this company is forcing agents to change and devalue or make higher the true values. According to interest bank may have, they will shoot orders back to agents until they get what they want or ,as I am now afraid after reading other complaints, are taking report and changing before sending to bank which is why I can no longer find in my order search. I am going to file an official complaint but the plain truth is that the banks have long made the rules and they do whatever they want. We all need to be aware of the market manipulation of the market and not paying qualified agents for their work but have to use their name as an agent.
