I used my bank debit card to pay shipping for a trial of rejuvalash. I still have never received a single thing from them. They have however, charged my debit card for .24, $8.00, $2.97 and then another $99.00. My bank Susquehanna fraud department called me to ask if I had authorized the $99.00 charge and I told them no but they had already paid them. I opened a dispute with the bank to try to get my money back, which doesn't look promising since I am in the US and the company in the UK. I had to cancel my debit card and wait for a new card by mail so they couldn't take more money from my account I also had to make sure I got my new card number to the different companies I have directly such as car insurance and insurance premiums
Meanwhile I use the contact information on the rejuvalash site which says they will get back to you generally within 72 hours. No response after sending several messages tere and then I started calling them at 888-502-5501 the number associated with rejuvalash on my banking statement. I (of course) get a message and ask them to call me. I get a call from their number that evening which rings once and then hangs up. I called them right back and someone did pick up the phone but no one ever spoke although I could hear people in the background. I hung up and called them back only to again leave a message. frustrating! To this day I have not heard from them or received a single thing for the already charged monies I listed above , (what?) $110.21. It is sickening to think how they get away with this in this day and age.
I have Parkinson's and with that comes tremors. I am no longer able to put mascara on so I thought this might be an answer. I placed an order for the Rejuvalash and Rejuvaskin on 1/19/2015. I should have known this is a disreputable company when they charged me for 2 of each product. I tried to stop the order but I can't navigate their website. On 2/3/2015 they debited my account $356 for the full sized products. I had yet to receive the trial products yet. They say you have to cancel the order within 2 weeks of the original order and send back the trial products.
How can I send back when I don't have anything. I started emailing them right away. I sent one to every site I found while figuring out what to do. I have received replays from one address. I was offered a 30% discount off the top, but I have replied that I don't have the trial products yet. They asked me to verify my address, which I did and no response to that. I asked what was going to be the timing on returning the 2nd round of products if I did get a 2nd shipment. No response. All I want is my money refunded. This company is horrible.
