Regents University London informed my client to have used my clients intellectual property (at London College of Fashion and Regent University) without previously consulting my client or without any authorisation. My client informed the University that the product is not for educational purposes and they have NO AUTHORISATION TO USE THE PRODUCT.

My client rated Regent University on Facebook, shortly after that Regent University disabled ratings on their Facebook page.
My client and my clients’ adviser tried to contact the University to compensate my client. Regent University, besides the fact that they looked up several times my client and my client’s advisor profile on a well known professional website, they ignore my client, and my clients’ adviser.
My client have several times requested Regent University to come to an amicable agreement, however the University totally ignored and continues ignoring my client.
My client worked hard during many years to create this product.
