Ok so what we have here is one of those stores that does not know what customer retention means. So that translates into horrible customer service, and into "say anything you want, we won't listen" policy. They are in just for the money. We purchased a bedroom set back in April 11 and were told delivery would take up to 8 weeks. Yes, TWO months. I've heard better jokes. Apparently these clowns ship their stock from the Moon. Like it's fun. A good three weeks have now passed by and we have been regularly calling just to be told different "ETAs" - one more week, then one more week and so on.

People, do not buy anything from this store. It's ridiculous. These types are a joke. To make things even funnier, they call "contract" to the receipt they give you when you buy and it conveniently says and I quote, "NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL". Of course if they cancel your order (like it's going to happen), you will only get Store Credit... how convenient. I mean, who needs customers, right? Money keepers.

Horrible customer service, a rip off! We purchased a media center for our family room which was picked up at their warehouse. My husband was asked to inspect it, which he did. When he got home we opened the entire box and unpacked the glass shelves that were packed at the bottom of the box. 4 out of 6 shelves were cracked; I called customer service, I was told I'd have to pay because we didn't inspect the unit. I escalated to a customer service manager, was again told we should have inspected the unit at the warehouse.

It's impossible to remove the entire unit from the box without tearing the box open to retreive the shelves packed close to the bottom. I was told it was our responsibility and that it would cost $125 to replace the shevles. After refusing to pay that charge, I told them I wanted to bring the unit back. Guess what, they don't allow returns! SHADY COMPANY, stay away, I will NEVER purchase from any of their stores ever again. Go somewhere else, 75% of their furniture is outdated anyway!

Regency run a very poor business , try to make money by fool the customers promising a good quility product and deliver a poor ones under a higher price. Poor customers service and poor quality product.
