Here's the kicker - I already had a modification and they talked me out of it, claiming they could get me a better deal. Now I may lose my home. I also found out they are NOT SB94 compliant for the state of California. So they may not even be legal to conduct business in California.
I have found several names they operate, or have operated, under. Also multiple addresses.
They took my money and I found out from the bank my docs were not getting submitted. Whenever the person handling my case leaves the office for a length of time my case is forgotten until a crisis happens. Last time they had their receptionist handling my case.
I almost had to file bankruptcy to stop a sale date (they don't do those). The last time the bank had to call me because they couldn't get through to anyone for days and I was on the verge of the point of no return for the auction date because the docs I sent to Redstone was never sent to the bank. I barely got them in on time (same day). The worst part was Redstone took a payment when I had to do their work for them. They refused to refund my payment and has ignored me since.
They really need a criminal investigation.
Their other business, Safepoint Financial, is their marketing front to funnel business to the Redstone office. They have also operated under the name of Surety. They can't deny this because they forgot to take the name out of one area of my contract. I didn't catch it until recently when I've been having problems. They also have an address in Washington DC.
