Redbeacon is a portal that you go through [like Angie's list] to hire people they call "pros" who some are really not pros because they don't get into the sub contractor's work history like their web site says. All they do is a background check for criminal and sexual offenses; no financial background is checked. Which is how I ended up with this serial scammer, Warren Condell. Had they done a financial check on him they would have found he previously scammed a woman when he was working for Home Advisor back in 2011. Home Advisor severed their contract with him and he came to Redbeacon. You would think after being sued he would stop his scammy ways but upon me doing further investigation on this guy I found out it dosen't really matter to him about being sued because according to Fulton County Civil records he and his son [Warren Condell jnr] have a page of judgements steming back to 2004; These people are litterally dead beat cliients who refuse to pay their bills, rent, and carnote.
With that said, Redbeacon hires Warren Condell with or without the knowledge of this information. Because of them he is allowed to go into peoples homes on the guise of doing repairs and ripping them off. Redbeacon states on their website that they stand behind their "pros". Warren Condell is hardly no pro after what he did in 2011, to me, and others, he is not fit to be called a professionial. What he did to me was [1] gave me a fraudulent proposal, [2] with his bullying ways, demanded that i honor the proposal and give him $500 upfront when the total invoice was only about $740. [3] Warren wanted me to ask another contractor who was there for a doubled amount of refund back so that he could get part of the money back as well as what I was entittled to.
After I signed the proposal and I saw what was going on I wanted out of it and I wanted my money back, Warren refused and didn't give the $500 back. At first I told him I wanted him to pressure wash, paint top part of garage, and paint steps. My shower wall began to leak so we hired another contractor to fix the leak where he had to tear into the wall to get to the leak. I called him to switch the pressure wash job for the shower wall and I also wrote it out on his website. The next morning he came over with his pressure wash machine anyway[un beknownist to me and his daughter] and the pressure wash job was still on the proposal. We were talking and I got distracted so I didn't read it; I just knew he did what I asked him to do which was to switch jobs but being the bully tough guy he tries to proclaim he didn't do it. Besides the shoddy work he did, Warren only worked in my house for 1 day and 4 hours. Then, to make matters even worse he goes and rates himself using my name putting 4 stars behind it. I reported him to redbeacon using my name to enhance redbeacon score. Warren claims they put him on suspenion while they investigated him because in his countersuit he said I defamed his name when he lost money for 10 days or something like that. I showed Redbeacon where he used my name and [at that time] 5 other people with the exact wording as mine. Redbeacon kept him on the list anyway.
After I won a judgement against him October 13, 2014 I called Redbeacon asking them why are they still keeping this guy on the list after I won a judgement against him. His supervisor, K C Casey told me to fax everything I've got on him to 6785567614; she also told me the incident was between he and I. I tried to explain to her that she is allowing a serial scammer in unsuspecting people homes. He's lied about how many years he's been in business. When I hired him he his website said 15 yrs, then a year later he changed it to 25 yrs. My research shows he's only been in business since 2004, 10 yrs. If he lie about something as small as that you have to wonder what else is he lying about. KC knows about his lying about the years of service, she knows about the previous lawsuit, I sent her everything and they are still keeping him on their list so he can use other people's name as a fake review, scam home owners, and probably more.
