The company sent us a letter stating they are a service company providing copies of my deed and other records of title for $87. First off, many counties provide copies of these documents free to the public online. Some may offer a much smaller fee. Afterall, they are public records for anyone to see.
Next they offer the address...........Isn't that where they mailed it to??
Next is the owner's name.............Isn't that yourself?
Next is comparable values.............Didn't you see that before you purchased your home?
Next is the legal description............That was included on your sales contract, your mortgage and your deed which is available online in most cases ""FREE"".
Next is public and private schools.....HUM...I believe this is usually why many parents purchase a new home????
and lastly the offer the parcel identification number.......This too is provided to you all the time. Afterall, it's probably listed on your mortgage, your tax bill and of course it's also provided on the lovely letter they send out.
This is a true rip off. Do your research. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau. They are also not registered with the Secretary of State of Arkansas that I could find. This is nothing more than a scam.
After doing some research I see that this is a scam company. They even spelled information wrong. They have it spelled INFORAMTION lol what a joke wish I could attach a photo. In the trash it goes lol
