I have played online at Real Vegas Online for over a year. They process my deposits quickly and without needing any proof of who I am. I won 6000 dollars on january 31 2014 and withdrew my winnings. I sent them every document they asked for and believe me they want everything except your blood type. I received email stating they had received my documents. It has been 4 months now and my withdrawl is still in process. I call or contact them via live chat every couple days and get the same song and dance...it is pending approval by management and they will contact me as soon as my account is updated. I don't believe I will ever get my money and am extremely frustrated . Don't know what else to do . Any suggestions from anyone out there who actually got paid would be greatly appreciated.
On November 14th 2014 I won $500.00 from this casino. I sent all the proper documentation in to verify my identity. They have tried to find every reason under the sun to delay my paperwork right down to a sloppy signature on my credit card. They have everything they need to approve my wire transfer. I am (as we speak) sitting in an chat on hold for 22 minutes. I guess I should have listened to the reports and not gave them a chance. Now they asked for the ticket number of the email and it is the same song and dance every time. I am amazed that these people are allowed to get away with this for such an extended amount of time. Please tell me what we can do to stop these casinos from ripping off americans like they do.
