I had paid my second mortgage in full, per agreement. I kept all paperwork, receipts and canceled checks to show payment in full with my second mortgage holder. In late September I called for a payoff letter to find they had gone out of business. This is when the bottom feeders come into this corrupt mortgage handlings. Enter Real Time Resolutions, I found them reporting on my credit files the entire debt due and the balance, prior to my agreement with the legitimate second lien holder. I presented Real Time Resolutions with copies of the agreements and canceled chef ks and disputed their reporting on my credit reports. Despite providing documentation proving that this had been satisfied in full, Real Time Resolutions is still reporting this as if it was never addressed. I have made conference calls with them, showed the same documentation showing all debt regarding my second as satisfied, the agreement and canceled checks. They have chosen to continue to ignore in your face evidence and continue to report false information and no proof of ownership of this debt, they have also accessed my credit file without prior authorization on more than two occasions.
I have had to hand all over to my attorney and he is smiling.
