I ordered the package that included "Real Estate Exam Prep" and was unable to use it nor received this unopened/unused "Real Estate Exam Prep" of which is available to purchased separately. I asked for a refund for the unopened/unused "Real Estate Exam Prep" that I was unable to get to since I was unable to pass the rigged final exams. (I went to a local school and already obtained my transcripts after passing the exams on the first try). The response I get is "Since the Exam Prep Master program was included in the package you purchased, there is no way to process a refund for it." I never received/seen this unused/unopened "Exam Prep Master" All I wanted is to be reimbursed for the unused/unopened Real Estate Exam Prep from this sham of a school!
A cust. svc rep said that I had 6 months to complete EACH section of the 6 courses. Now only 2 yrs later it is expired and I must pay more to finish. I am a student and I was told by the student help line that I would have 6 months to complete each section of the course. I completed two sections based on that information, and I went back in to complete the third course and was told that I was given misinformation (which they conveniently can't find in their notes) and the course expired after one year. The odd part is that their system allowed me to complete the second course, as explained to me, 6 months past one year. Now it won't let me continue without paying them more money. I enrolled on Feb. 28, 2013, and it allowed me to finish the last course and gave me a certificate on August 28, 2014. A manager, Brett (he says he's not required to give last name), said this clause is buried somewhere in their orientation paperwork and . If the course expired after one year, why would the rep tell me to continue, and why would the system let complete the last section in August 2014? He said I should not have trusted what their representatives told me. He apologized for the misinformation, but he has no intention of honoring what THEIR reps told me; and he has no explanation for why I was allowed to continue my course past one year to complete the last section. This company has horrible customer service, no support, and total disregard for students. Don't waste your money or time with them.
This is the worse trainning school I've signed up for. Real Estate Expresse was suggested to me by a would be employer in Florida. The completion of the 63 hour course in real estate is required prior to taking a final exam for your license. While taking the 3 hr timed course final with a group on a Satursday, our internet connection at the library crashed. The first time we were able to sign on and continue where we left off via test question. Th second time it crashed, I was on question 75 with about 13 minutes left. Thinking I can just log back on and continue as before, their ""software glicth"" returned me to question 36 with 11 minutes!!!!
I freaked out and tried to hustle through it as quickly as possble. I REANSWERED 36-77 and it timed out after the 11minutes. My final score was 57, not passed. 70 is required. So all I had to do was answer 13 out of 23 correct which I well on my way to do. Or not cause of the glitch. Saying I was pissed is n understatement. With all the studying and time committment and payment of $99.00.
This is where the fun starts:
No oe is available on weekends to contact. So you get dropped in the voice mail system or for tech support email your problem. They claim to respond within 24 hrs, they or something did with a boiler plate nser of we're sorry but you must retake the test in 30 days because you hadn't pass. I wanted to actually speak with a person nd really explain the issue instead of some ""face less"" person giving me a boiler plate response. Very impersonal.
So I call first thing Monday morning and speak with customer service person, not a tech support person. She acknowdge is was on question 75 when dropped with 13 minutes remaining. However, she claims no responsibility for the logging back on and getting to question 36 and a lose of 2 minutes. She claims technicl compatibility issue wit hmy computer. I said my computer was compatible when you accepted my money, and while taking the 20 chapter course, and when we were kicked off the first time and were able to resume where we lefted off. So expaling why did your system arbitraliy take me back and subtract over 40 questions? what is your techinical answer for thaqt, she dcould never answer that question.
