What a horrible experience. I purchased this course to renew my California Real Estate lisence. They don't include any textbooks. They have to time your 45 hours (You have to be logged in). I shortly after researched other schools. I found Lumbleau Real Estate School. Cheaper price, specialized in California only, and I got to talk to someone!
