I attended the program. They offered 2 round-tripairline tickets, 2 nights hotel and 3 day car rental. Their employee told us to mail the voucher in and they would mail us locations and dates of where we could choose to travel & then we would need to mail in the deposit. We followed his instructions exactly as we were told. We recieved a voided voucher back due to not sending it certified and not sending a money order for the deposit. How are we supposed to know how much the deposit is suppose to be since we don't even know our location? We received our cancellation letter on the 22 of May and "Activation failed due to NOT received via Certified Mail and no deposit, that they bound by the Terms & condition" however I could not find In the terms & conditions where it said to send it via certified Mail. I guess that was the only excuse they had to cancel my activation. All it said on the Activation form was to complete form and mail to: Ready Travel & Incentives,PO Box 167983, Irving, TX.75016. There was also no phone number to call with questions on the return voucher.
My husband and I attended the program and then followed all the instructions including the $100 deposit. From start to finish the process is NOT easy and in fact, there are many hoops to jump through. Talking to an actual representative requires the utmost patience and then when I was finally able to get through to one I was told I was too late in the process to get our first choice -- try again in 60 days for the second choice. After waiting my 60 days, I once again made several phone calls and emails and finally reached a polite representative. I thought things might just work out. However, I was offered plane tickets on Spirit Airlines, which not only has terrible reviews, but charge for everything from taxes, to your seat, to bags -- none of which are covered by ready travel. The hotel we were offered also required additional funds. I never got to the rental car part but wouldn't be surprised if additional funds were needed there too. I decided to cut my losses and just ask for a refund of my "refundable" $100 deposit. I don't know if I will get that back or not but even if I don't, I feel I'm better off dropping out than paying even more money for unacceptable offers. In my opinion, unless you are extremely adventurous, somewhat desperate to get away, and not at all picky, Ready Travel Easy Incentives should be avoided.
Like all the other complaints about this company, we followed all the instructions for their travel offer and paid the fee $100.00. we have received no notices in the mail and have not received return phone calls.. when we call we are told to leave our phone number and they would return our call in 24 hrs. After 6 calls we still have not received a return call. Wondering if anyone has gotten thru to Ready Travel or gotten their money back. Please contact me if you have any information that would help me with this problem

We wasted 7 months and continual disappointment with ready travel where were deceived into believing we had a free trip
