I was contacted in Feburary of 2015 by VIP Propecting which is affiliated with Keller Williams Heritage Realy the Bob Fitzgerald Coaching, Inc located at :

Jennifer Lesperance the VIP Prospecting Director of Sales called me on the phone and described her professional marketing and calling real estate client services her company she works for offers. Her company firm is VIP Prospecting Inc.
The way Jennifer described it is they will call For Sale By Owners and your Farm and targeted areas that you would like them to call for real estate expired listings and for sale by owners. Jennifer stated their firm VIP Prospecting Inc. will minimually book 12 confirmed appointments a month for their clients. You must commit and pay for a 3 month minimum with a cashiers check prior to them starting your contract. I read the contract carefully, it stated exactly what Jennifer Lesperance stated, they will book you minimually 12 confirmed appointments a month for 3 months. I sign the contract sent them $4,500 in a form of a cashiers check and I began my program on March of 2015.
The month of March I the firm booked 10 confirmed appointments.
The month of April the month Confirmed 2 appointments
The month of May VIP Prospecting confirmed 0 appointments.
This is a total of 12 appointments the firms booked for me in 3 months for $4,500 dollars up front. Their contract guaranteed me 36 confirmed appointments not 12.
I contacted Jeremy Hermann and his staff on multiple occasions. Jeremey assured me he would make the leads up to me.
I never heard back from them since my call with Jeremy Hermann. I called and emaild them at least 30 times in the 3 month period.
If any realtor is considering Bob Fitzgerald Coaching or VIP Prospecting, Inc. be extremely careful. It is a real shame that firms like this can get away with this type of business practice. They are complete fraud and very dishonest.
I would never ever recommend someone get taken advantage of like I did. Feel free to email me before you consider signing up with them.

A property 355 laurel Glen Crossing Canton Ga. Bridge Mill Subdivision. was leased to me by Remax agent & broker Molly McGrory of Remax Town & Country, Canton, Ga. the owner of the property Cookie Gladieux was fromer Agent & employee of the office Ms. McGrory owns.
she was very much aware of the prior problems concerning this property, she knowingly leased this property too me with full knowledge that were were serious issues concerning this property. My realtor was assured by Ms. McGrory that there would be no problems. Seven days after signing the lease the notices started arriving from the foreclosure Attys McCalla Raymer LLC. with the date of July 15th, 2014, property was also run in the paper to be sold on the first tues. in October of 2014 I approached Ms. McGrory concerning this problem even took notice to the office and handed them to her Asst. I was totally ignored, pushed under the rug. This went went on for over 4 months, I was finally contacted by the owner stating all was good, she had refinanced, This only lasted for 30 days. The owner stated to me she was going to let property go back into foreclosure in Dec. I had enough!!
my lease dictated that I was to remit the payment to the Remax town & co. office on 3760 sixes Road S-108 canton ga. on the 4day of the months. Ms McGrory sent me e mail in Dec stating she would no longer accept the payment. Molly McGrory does not want to take any responsibility for her unethical Actions. I also contacted the Ga. Borad of realtors concerning this problem, Ms. McGrory knowingly violated the Ethics And articles of the Ga. board of realtors. The property was foreclosed on April 7th 2015.
As my listing broker, Aprile Osborne submitted an offer from a buyer to me, which I accepted, with a closing date of Dec. 15,2014. As I was planning to move out of town after the closing on my condo, I received a contract on a property I wanted to buy in Venice. As the purchase of the new property, it was indeed predicated on the sale of my "under contract" condo, and I called repeatedly to make sure the sale of my Naples property was on track for closing. No one from her office ever returned my calls, and finally, I contacted the buyer's broker who informed me that this contract had been cancelled weeks ago! Aprile Osborne had sent the buyer's realtor a contract with my signature lines blank! An unsigned contract, although I did sign it digitally on line, and printed myself a copy which most definately had my signatures where needed. I was just about to wire a large sum of money, non-refundable to the owner of the house in Venice as a deposit when all this mess came to light after being unable to reach Aprile Osborne, my listing broker. Suffice it to say, she is not to be trusted to sell a dollhouse, much less a piece of real estate. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Real Estate Board, and will be filing a lawsuit against Aprile Osborne for incompetance, and fraud. Stay as far away from this woman as is possible.

The following facts and truths are retold from firsthand experience from many Witnesses who directly and personally witnessed her illegal misbehaviors. We need to alert you as the presiding agency, to the unlawful mismisbehavior of one of your broker/agents in your Re/Max office in Conway, SC.

Ms. Connie M. Alturet is abusing her authority as a Remax broker/agent to illegally steal her own client's personal property and unlawfully confiscate, keep and sell the property of her own clients for her own illegal personal financial gain. The property that we have pictures of and proof of that she individually stole is not listed on any contract invoices or any paperwork...however it IS now listed on Crsigslist for sale from her. She criminally returned to the homes numerous times, with a validated witness, to illegally steal the non-listed inventory from her listed houses for sale of over 7 known Remax clients from the Conway sales office (she was fraudulently representing to Remax as taking proper custodianship of this property).
Ms. Arturet served in the army as a Staff Sargeant for 12 years and has obtained an AK47 that was shown to the witness and she boasted to him that is fully automatic. She keeps a box of shells that was outlawed over twenty years ago at her home. She told the primary witness that the bullets have exploiding titanium tips and that she just acquired an M-16 that she took on her recent trip to PA on a family reunion and she would soon make that fully automatic as well. The witness asked if she had a gun permit, but she only laughed. She has repeatedly threatened to kill the witness if he ever told anyone aboiut her illegal activities.
Ms. Arturet drinks heaviy daily and was recently in a late night accident when she was coming home drunk from a bar on 501. She drove off from the scene of the accident - illegally as a hit and run crime - knowing she would be charged with DUI and more. However she simply drove home, then she called her police lover in Conway (whom she frequently has sexual relations with) to ask him how she could possible weasal out of this trouble. Her Police lover said for her to get a drink and have it with her then say she left because she was scared. He also stated it would be another officer investigating her because he did not work in that area.
Ms. Arturet states she can get out of any trouble she ever gets into and she can also lie to get anyone elkse into trouble if she disapproves of or dislikes them in Conway. She stated she had sex with this officer in someone else's house she was showing him to buy, while his wife/girlfriend was at work.She says she now has the best blackmail position against the Conway Authorities in the world!
The primary witness stated that he witnessed over 8 telephone calls in five months from multiple neighbors, owners, sellers and buyers at these homes who have called Ms. Arturet directly to complain about the unlawful removal of their personal property. Her unusual reaction to these calls was to admit that the stolen property she was taking was not on the invoices of the contract and yet she repeatedly tried to manipulate her clients into believing what she was doing was normal and acceptable. It is NOT. The stolen property was not listed on the real estate invoice or contract, so she told the witnesses many times that her actual deviant plan was to turn her stolen property into personal profit by selling it on Craigslist or furnishing her and friends homes. She told the witnesses that she has never had to buy any furniture because she has a way to always get it for free. Each and all of her listings have been recorded.
The most disgusting and absurd fact from the misbehavior of criminal broker/agent Connie Arturet, that has been recorded and documented both by photos and videos, is that she had sex with the witness in more than seven of her listed properties on the beds, floors, kitchen counters, children's beds of her client's homes. She said it "turned her on" and she called them "nooners" to be able to have sex in someone else's home. She also boasted to witnesses frequently that she had provided a certain special "closing benefit" to clients where she would open their new home and proceed to consummate their contract with sexual favors. Her local reputation stands that she will have sex with any client just to close a sale, as stated by three witnesses. Remax of Conway have repeatedly covered up this misbehavior by advising Ms. Arturet not to press charges when she felt violated by her own misbehaviors. These false reports have been reported to the Police but have never been procesuted.
Ms. Arturet attends church at a Christian church at a local High School. Her false identity and hypocricy is baffling and concerning. Her family in Pennsylvania, including Tony Arturet, David Lee Elliot and Betty Elliott will also be questioned and presented with her misdoings.
As an upstanding society, we need to be made aware of and put an end to Ms. Alturet's misbehavior and abusive activities. All proof and discovery can be obtained upon request. This jacka*s Has no clue about customer service. He tells more lies than you can keep up with. Calls on the phone screaming and hollaring. Sends people to you house unannounced, sits in the office getting listings and lets everyone else does the work. When the house sells he is to damb lazy to even come out and put up the sold sign. Very manipulative and smooth till he gets the listing; after that, not his problem. Sends nasty emails no way to know what he really wants. Blames others for his arrogance. Claims others say or want things just to get his way. A real hot head, but really nice if you bend and kiss his a*s. Dont waste your time with this bum, it's not worth the pain.
