I ordered a Kandi-unicorn bra size 34B, on April 9th of 2014. after I made the order, it showed up as backordered. I received the items i orderd on the 14th of April which had not been back ordered. On the 16th i made two new orders. each sperate. the status of the items never changed, so i attempted to contact costumer support asking what was going on with my orders. I never recived a message back, no one was avaliable during the times listed that support would be avaible. Finally on tuesday afternoon i managed to get ahold of some one on there online chat. they told me my back ordered bra had been shipped on the 14th, the same day my packages had arrived, and that my items from my first order on the 16 2014 Order#: 59792 had shipped. He gave me a shipping code that did not work, and once it did work, USPS had only just got word the package was supposed to be on its way. When i tired to get in contact with customer support agian, i asked where my bra was once more and where the rest of my items, because once again the sit information had not been updated. she told me that she had no tracking number and had been unable to get a tracking number, but assured me the package had already been sent.
I recived my bra April 29th, 2014, in a package that contained an order i made on the 16th 2 days after the 14th, when id been assured the package had already shipped out the 14th. When i received the bra, it was a 36A, and the bra its self was poorly made and missing alot of detail that it should have had. It also was made unwear able since the pearls that dangle at the side, on one side was too short nd cut into the skin.
When i messaged them asking to fix the issues that i had been giving, i recived a simple message that stated the rest of my back orders had been cancled, and that i could just send the bra back for a refund. The would not be fixing anything, the manger told me this was the owners decision. Not to fix any of the problems his company had caused. they did not try to make things better. They claim plur, but they them seleves do no represent plur.
