Save your money and sanity for another SEO company. My company worked with them for 6 months on 2 of our brands. They were supposed to manage our SEO and Social Media and they did an unbelievably poor job. Their idea of social media is regurgitating standard content taken from your website. Never mind trending topics that relate to your brand, interesting or thought provoking articles that your followers would like to see, it won't happen with them, they don't get it. Also their posting hub started posting another of their clients content on our page and they didn't notice it for 2 days, we had to take it down ourselves!
Their SEO is a joke, they don't even understand it. 3 of their employees went back and forth for a month trying to figure out why they couldn't post our blogs articles with our optimized keywords, they lost our back-end login info and never said anything. They toss you back and forth between managers and place the blame on eachother. They email you asking for a call time, but when you call them they leave you on hold or send you to voicemail. We're not in another country, we're literally in the same city and they can't just pick up the phone and call when there's an issue to be addressed. After recent SEO analysis by multiple companies we’re just glad it wasn’t worse and the damage can be fixed quickly.
