Cant belive how ****** and smart *** the tech support guy Pablo was...called to complain about the crappy tnt tablet...paid 500 and lasted 2 months...he said inhad to talk to him...I asked for customer service and again he said Ii had to talk to him...I said I would call corporate and he said I would end up back ralking to him...I said I would get the number and he told me "you are to stupid to get the number"...not only am I out a expensive tablet...but had to deal with a company that has no number for complaints and ********* for support....
Stay away from these ********....use garmin or cobra....Trust me....I wouldn't buy anything from these ******** if Jesus Christ promised me eternal life to do business with them.
Only question I have is how ****** are your products that you don't have a customer complain number...worried about to many complaints?
Sent my gps in for repair with original receipt and have failed to hear anything back.
9 website contacts with no response and still have NO gps back in hand.
I want Rand McNally to send me a new replacement with some extra gifts for all these issues i continue to have.....right away with no delay as downtime is really hurting my pay cheque.
