Well I am sure my problem will never be handled and Rainbow Muffler has taken someone else's money and won't correct the problem they caused. I have contacted BBB and I am convinced that they are just another company paid off by the companies doing inquiry to the customers. So just maybe me reporting Rainbow Muffler to this site might work. I went to Rainbow Muffler asked them to cut off my cataylic converter a off my 2001 Lincoln Navigator well they did it after 4.5 hours and did it work.
On my way home I noticed an extremely loud noise. Well I know that since the cataylic converters have been cut off it would make a noise but this noise was like a pipe dragging on the ground. I asked my mechanic about it and he said oh no something is wrong. So I called up to Rainbow Muffler they said well we are busy right now we open again Monday at 8 am bring the truck then first come first serve . that was the second problem sees I work in the medical field and when a patient says they are unhappy we handle their issue immediately. Not tell them to come early in the morning and first come first serve. So I asked my mechanic to take it up there, and he did they told him that they would have to put me on a list to be seen. He said the same thing I said really these people should of pulled a car out and looked at mine.
Okay that was the 3rd problem the 4th is was I called again after all of what I just explained and talked to Tim the gentlemen who did the work on my truck. I told him that you all messed up my truck I need it fixed because I paid you all for services and you all are telling me to come and inconvenient myself and not to mention I have a very active toddler I have to bring everywhere with me. So please fix the problem you all caused asap. He once again said the same thing we open at 8 am bring it then and we can get to it first come first serve. Now I am not the brightest crayon in the crayon box but I do know a little about customer service and maybe asking the customer okay when is a good time for you to come back in? Just maybe telling the customer well when you have an good time to come back in I will remember you and handle the problem asap. Nothing to that affect happened , because the owner knows nothing will happean to them or his sales. Well I have been reading and doing my homework of protesting and I intend to stand outside this business and demand my services I paid for to be done correctly.
