The driver ,on entering our farm to turn around, not to make a delivery, did extensive property damage as his truck got stuck. Without permission as we were not there at the time, he broke into our shop, removed tire chains from our semi and tried to extricate himself. He failed at this and we returned as he was replacing what we're not broken chains. We pulled him out with our tractor and got him on his way with a promise that he would return with money to compensate for the chains and the property damage. He not only did not come back, but the management of Rai Express have denied any responsibility.
I strongly advise any potential customers to stay away from using this disreputable organization.
