Never received... checked back and was told by Rheanna White she thought it shipped! at this point I told her I would just prefer a refund. I have followed up with her numerous times and was assured she would mail my refund. She got upset with me because I kept asking for my refund like I was doing something wrong! The last contact she told me she would send me my refund certified mail, return receipt because she was sick of dealing with me. ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK THAT SHE KEPT TELLING ME SHE WOULD SEND......well I still have not seen my money from her. I have also filed a complaint with BBB in California Glendora
I ordered a t-shirt from Rheanna White back in May for Father's day in June. I never received the merchandise. I asked for a refund of my $25 she said she would send me my refund in form of a money order, as that is the payment method I used.
To date I still have not recieved my refund from her. She got upset with me because I kept following up and requesting my refund. She told me "YOU SURE ALL GOING THRU A LOT TO GET A REFUND OF YOUR WHOLE $25" as if it meant nothing to her. I explained to her that was my money I sent to her for merchadise I never recevied and the right thing to do was to send me a refund. She AGAIN told me she would send my refund by USPS mail certified letter return receipt, so she could be done with me.
I still have not received my refund and she has now quit answering my messages and has blocked me from her FB pages. I am unable to communicate with her. I also filed a complaint with BBB in California
