Raju Zacarais, the owner of RV Ambulette, and his workers are a fraud. The rob customers of their money. They prey on the disabled and elderly. They charged them ungoldly rates in the hundreds of dollars just to go somewhere locally. When the service is over, they charge the person not once but twice. If you do not check your account, or if the sick or elderly does not have someone doing that for them, then you will overlook this. I would suggest you be prepared to either contact the police for them keeping your card info and using it to make unauthorized charges, file a civil suit, and contact the credit/debit card dispute team of your back. It is important to note that the card info was given to them over the phone. So that means that they kept the information in their system in order to charge the account another time. These business should not be allowed to practice in America! It's unconstitutional and people that abuse the American legal system should be stop; these terrible, horrendous companies think that they can charge your card for services that you never received and/or charge you double or triple the amount. It sounds like some scandalous practice in some underdeveloped or third world country practice. It's unethical and sound not be tolerated. It's bad enough that these companies do it, it' even more terrible that these monsters prey on the sick and disabled. When you try to discuss what they've done, they start yelling and screaming to the point you cannot even understand what they are saying. They give you the run around and say words that do not make sense - I mean you cannot even understand any intelligibly that they say. It really sounds like crazy talk.
