I did not have a good experience with this company. They took my money & didn't even give me a prototype, they sent me pictures of something they threw together. Mr. Leo Riza over promised and under delivered on his services.
I reached out to R&R associates in March of 2014 via email to show my product and to see if in their opinion, it would be worth mass producing. Of course they loved the product and assured me it would be a great selling item. Through our dealings it was never made clear to me the true cost of the entire project. Mr. Leo Riza did a great job of selling me on the fact that my product was going to be a million dollar idea so I would invest an initial 5,700 for a prototype. He'd shop it around to buyers in his network and get initial orders placed. In return R&R would take 80% of future profits for arranging this.
Him taking 80% alone should have been enough warning to me. But he assured me his buyers like everything he proposes to them and I'd make a ton of money from my idea.
As the process started R&R employees seemed inexperienced and weren't always prepared or were confused during our phone meetings. Many calls were spent re-hashing our last meeting because people on the project weren't on the same page & progress of the project seemed very slow. I expressed concern when I personally tested the prototype samples and saw that it wouldn't work. No effort was made to address my concerns and better samples were never sought out. They plowed ahead because doing it right would take longer. I was shocked when soon after they told me I'd need to spend another $16,800 to continue. In short, their predatory practices, future earnings claims and mediocre effort were a waste of my time and limited capital. They'll promise you everything, take your money & never stop asking for more.
They would not agree to refund even half of my initial $5,700.00 investment when I requested it. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general of the state of Florida. Mr. Leo Riza emailed me that he was outraged that I wanted a partial refund and refused to give me anything. My advice is DO NOT work with this company!
