Purchased an item from them and it has not arrived. Promising refund that hasn't come and they keep delaying saying the item might still show up even though the post office investigators say it is lost. In my opinion they are jerking me around and playing games. They have my money and I don't have the item I purchased. They say it is their policy to wait.
