I left my keys in the car and called first service that popped up on the internet. Asked about price and was told starting price was $35.00. Asked what the higher rate might be and was told the tech needed to inspect car first. If it had alarms etc. it would go up, that the tech needed to see car first. OK old car no problem. Tech came out looked at car for a split second and gave me a price of 109..00 . Asked why it increased from 35.00 to 109.00 and was told $15.00 service fee. OK knew about the service fee what made my car increase 50.00 from starting price. She then told me she was giving me a discount, the car she did yesterday was charged 140.00. She said she doesn't answer the phone so doesn't know what I was told. She was unprofessional and rude. The bottom line she couldn't give me a reason for what they were charging me.. I truly believe it was because she was told the price to charge before she ever looked at my car. I will say she did call her manager when I was going to pay the service fee and deal with my car another way. They then gave me a reasonable rate. Their website is false advertising. I am going to also report to the Better Business Bureau.
Son and grandson locked out of rental car at gas station. Checked internet for them after Hertz wouldn't help. One of the top ads had $19 call plus service..it said lockout $35 and key retrieval $65..his keys were in view. The guys finally shows up after they sent a guy to the other side of town first. $114 for him to take 3 minutes to air pump the door and push the unlock button. He told me what they charged so I called the company and the girl already had a spill ready and I couldn't hardly get a word in. She said it's minimum pricing unless they had to do more...I told her he didn't take but 3 minutes. She said only slimjim is minimum. Scam..they should say that when you call and on website.. They had room to put all kinds of other stuff except that. Stay away from them!!!
