Mr. Bill Golden is honest and I apologize for this mistaken article
I mistakenly posted the above complaint regarding Bill Golden with Quick Flip Properties. I posted my complaint, under the mistaken belief, that Mr. Golden new the fixer upper I purchased from him had a small amount of fire damage. I regret that I did not inform Bill Golden prior to posting this complaint. After I posted my complaint online, I thereafter informed Bill Golden that the house had fire damage. As soon as I informed Bill Golden that the fixer upper I purchased from him had fire damage, although a very small amount, without question, Bill Golden replaced the investment I originally purchased from him with another investment, with a tax lien certificate, on a beautiful home in Florida...that's worth nearly 8 times what I paid him. In short, Bill Golden, tax lien investor, treated me more-than-fair. I am grateful for Bill Golden and will continue to invest with him.
On Ebay Classifieds, I purchased a property tax lean from Bill Golden (Seller) also known as IRABANKERS/Quckfilip Properties
LLC for the total of $10,850.00 in Ebay listing ID: 3010854712299. That listed also included a South Carolina
Property and a tax lien certificate transfer from a home in Florida. However, that deal did not go through. He refunded $2,850.00 dollars back to me,
leaving $8000.00 dollars in his hands for another property tax lean with ebay listing id: 301099941147. Again, the deal did not go through because the owner paid the pending property taxes. I then became interested in a property in Grandbury , TX with Ebay classified listing property id: 301138268812 in which his Sons name Michael Golden was listed in the Hood county as the property owner. I searched for my name and there is no property listed as it should be. Currently, I have checked the hood county
website for the Grandbury property to see who is the current owner and it is still in his son’s name instead of my name.
On his ebay listing it states, “Would make a nice cabin: or you may remodel for a full-time residence. Roof needs repaired, interior cleaned and/or
remolded to suit with fresh paint. Seller can repair roof, repair drywall on ceiling and paint inside for $3,750 extra.
Utilities are here!” Included on that announcement he states that it is two story, but it is not correct. I went to the property and it needs to be
demolished because it was burned inside. Also, I have requested a refund of my 8,000 dollars and still have not seen the refund.
I have informed Mr. Bill Golden of the property burned status. Also, even though I have received a Warranty deed from Mr Bill Golden on the Grandbury, TX property it is still listed under his son’s name. I have asked for Mr. Bill Golden to refund my $8000.00 and he does not respond. I asked for my $8,000 dollars back and he has not refunded my money back. I have tried to work with him showing interest in another of this tax lien listing id: 291236601778 and he stated that he will have to check with his son and never replied back on the property or has not returned my money back to this date.
Please do not buy from this man who tries to show he is honest. Mr. Bill Golden known as Irabankers on realestate.ebay.com. He currently have two websites named as, www.Taxsalepartner.com and www.Notelocator.com with his phone number as 540-457-1996. Currently he is hesitant to refund the money owed to me or provided another tax lien. I want a valid property or my 8,000. Dollars back, which as of today, I have not received any refund or property
