Dishonest owner. I reserved a car rental 8 days prior to pick up and paid $59 to Groupon. Showed the representative Jorge the voucher upon renting and he accepted and rented me a vehicle. Upon returning the car, he told me I owe $31.57 for "taxes". I questioned him about this charge because no where in Groupon did it say "Subject to any charges Quest want to implement." He explained to me that they aren’t groupon, that groupon only contacted him to do promotional business but they need to charge separate fees. Groupon is very good with disclosing any fees or exclusions on their vouchers. If this representative was being honest about it just being taxes, how is the“7%” Florida tax on $59.99, $31.57??? It is not, the tax on $59.99 is $4.20. He invoiced me for the following... Customer Facility Charge: $13.80 Surcharge: $6.15 Sunpass: $8.97 Vehicle License Fee: $2.67 The car was returned with a full tank of gas, no damages, & it was returned on time. Sounds to me like sliding.
