I ordered items from this company amd after waiting a month for my merchandise to arrive I emailed Quest Outdoors through their customer service link. this appeared the only way to get ahold of the company. After two weks and a half a dozen emails,as well as filing a dispute with Pay Pal I have yet to receive a reply.
