This company is a total rip off and they dont stand behind their products. I ordered a special they offered for 18' indian remy hair for $89 (4 bundles). I recieved the hair and made an appointment with a professional. She tried to dye the hair and it would not budge. The hair came with an instructions pamphlet stating the hair was virgin and could be colored. Its now a week before thanksgiving and i have 4 bundles of hair i can not use. I called the representative at the 877 numbers. As soon as i said i called regarding an order, the representative snapped at me with a ghetto tone and said "gotta call the Atlanta store" and just hung up. I called, another ghetto employee answered. I explained my sistuation and she asked which hair i purchaesed i told here the indian remy hair. she then says "oh dat hair cant be colored its already processed". I told her will i was under the impression that all hair was virgin hair from "Queen Virgin Remy" and that i also recieved instructions for coloring the hair in my shipment. so if the hair cant be colored why is it sold with coloring instructions and listed as virgin hair on the site. She said "well aint nothing you can do, we dont give refunds, exchanges, or credits because you already tried to dye it." This is ridiculous. How do you false adversitse a product's features and leave the customer to bear the burden when your product does not perform. I will never order from here again. Just riducious . Poor customer service and unprofessionalism displayed everywhere through out this organization. College girls please do not get tricked by this company they are decieving and out to get as much money as they can without a care for their customers having a positive experience.

STAY AWAY from this unprofessional company. The hair is not the highest quality and the company is unprofessional. For example, I order 4 bundles of hair along with hair welf glue. I received my package 5 days later along with NO HAIR GLUE. I called the company immediately and explain my situation. The company representative said, "Oh sorry we are out of hair glue." My response was why did you not send me a curiosity email explaining you were out of hair glue and would refund me my money. Their response was SORRY and I DON'T KNOW WHY WE DID NOT SEND AND EMAIL WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. This company is so RUDE. Then, the company representative told me to borrow hair welf glue from my stylist or buy some at a Sally's or beauty supply store OR just DON'T SEAL THE WELFS. I told the company representative you always say seal your welfs and she said right but if you don't have the glue, well you probably have no choice but to not seal your hair welfs. I was so upset because my appointment was that night. I have heard terrible reviews about this company but DANG I wish I would have listen. HORRIABLE COMPANY STAY AWAY.

I had nothing but good things to say about Queen virgin Remy hair. I purchased 18 inches of peruvian hair off the website cut the wefts up after several wears and never experienced shedding or anything I was totally in love with my hair. Loved bragging about my deal and my 4 installation. So I had a birthday decided to order new hair but found out there was a Southfield michigan location. I went n purchased hair and thar was the worst decision I made. Theses people replaced the hair 3 times in one month. The hair Shedd if you look at it wrong. It was so embarrassing. My sister hair did the same thing. They say it's a bad donor I say their hair is crap. In less than a year the quality changed. I wasted my time gas and money. I would never buy from this company again.
