It started off that I went to a site called booking.com where you can put a hold on a room that you're interested and if you enter your card information that is not to be charged it says in clear print until you show up in person and if you don't show up then you just don't have the room. I called booking.com within one hour of placing my hold on a room and told them I actually couldn't do that on that particular card even though wasn't being charged because I have to pay a mortgage out of that account they said don't worry it doesn't get charged so I look a few hours later and it is charged I called booking.com and they said that they were happy to do a refund at the hotel's discretion. The hotel said they are unable to process refunds but then later in the conversation I told them how important it was after they told me what the damages were done we've taken the money she said that she could charge a different card and refund the card that was used I said I'm not supposed to be charged at all then I call the next day which is today Monday the 16th of June and I say again I never authorized you to charge my card it says in bold print on booking.com you do not charge cards and she said I'll be happy to do a refund the booking.com doesn't allow refunds so you need to talk to them. I then called booking.com again today June 16 and they tell me know we absolutely do one hundred percent refunds let me call the hotel and put you on hold they put me on hold for five minutes come back on the line and said she said she never said she would do a refund for you she will only charge another card in advance for your room for three nights before she does a refund on that card. That is fraud. I never authorized her to charge my card ever and I'm requesting that she undo the charr and she wont.
