I am currently working in USA on work permit and got contact of the Company/Employer "Quantum Integrators Group LLC" through someone. After communicating over email and phone with the Business Partner (Owner) ‘Raj Behare’ of the company "Quantum Integrators Group LLC", he sent me a Job Offer over the email and asked me to deposit Refundable amount of $3500 to his Company’s Bank Account for filing H1B VISA transfer. Based on my communications with him over phone and email, I wire transferred $3500 from my Chase Bank Account to his Company’s Bank Account in Bank Of America on Apr 30th 2014. He promised me that he will get me a Job and would file H1B VISA transfer for me within a month. He took all my personal and professional information and documents including SSN, Passport, I-797, I-94 etc, however he failed to fulfil his commitments made and could not get me the job and did not file H1B VISA transfer. When I asked him to refund my money, he also refused to refund my money.
I tried contacting him over email, phone and text messages, however I did not get any positive reply from him. I waited for almost 2 months and then later he stopped responding to my emails, Phone calls and text messages. I also contacted the Bank for recalling the wire transfer made but the Bank failed do so.
Later when I researched online, I came to know that it is illegal and violation of immigration laws if an Employer demands and takes Money from a prospective Employee for filing H1B VISA application and for offering Employment. I did not know about it earlier i.e. before transferring the funds to this company’s Bank Account, otherwise I would have never ever given money to this cheat company.
This Company has cheated me and took my $3500 by making false promises and statements. I would request you to please take strict action against this fraudulent Company who might have already and will be cheating other innocent immigrants as well like me by taking their hard earned money and lying to them about giving Job and causing them lot of mental distress.
Can you please also get my hard earned money refunded from this cheat Company? Please feel free to contact me in case if you require any other information from me. I have all the email communications I had with this company as evidence.
